What is a unit Trait in Anime Paradox?

Traits are unit attributes that affect passive behavior and synergies — current trait families include Eternal, Vampiric, Greed, and Blessing. They are listed on each unit's Fandom infobox and reproduced verbatim here.

What does cost vs evo cost mean?

Cost is the placement cost to deploy the un-evolved version of a unit; evo cost is the placement cost after evolving it. Evolved units have stronger passives and additional attacks but require more in-match cash to deploy.

Why don't you list drop rates or a tier ranking here?

The Anime Paradox developers do not publish gacha drop rates, and Fandom does not host a stable tier ranking. Any specific percentages we shipped would be fabricated. This page lists only the data the wiki publishes — unit name, image, trait, obtainment, costs, and the passive/attack text. Use community-maintained tier lists (with the understanding that they reflect community opinion) for ranking guidance.

How do I evolve a unit?

Each unit's evolution requirements vary and are detailed on its individual Fandom page. The general flow is to gather a unit's evolution materials (typically obtained by replaying specific stages or completing achievements with that unit), then access the evolution menu in-game. The evolved name is shown in this page's data when available.

Where do these units come from?

Most units are pulled from the Gem Banner using gems, but Anime Paradox also has limited banners (JJK Banner, Special Banner), event shops (Valentine's Shop), Battle-pass tiers, and rare drops from specific Story Mode and AFK Chamber stages. The Obtainment field on each card mirrors what Fandom lists.
