The "best" bee depends on your goal — pollen collecting, combat, or progression speed. Gifted bees of any type add a passive bonus making them higher priority than their non-Gifted equivalents. For current tier rankings, check the community wiki or active BSS content creators since the meta shifts with updates.

Every egg or Royal Jelly has a 0.4% (1 in 250) chance of producing a Gifted bee. The only guaranteed methods are Star Jelly (turns a bee into a random Gifted bee) and Star Treat (turns the specific bee you feed it Gifted). Gingerbread Bears from Beesmas give roughly a 1% Gifted chance. All odds are documented on the BSS wiki’s Gifted Bee page.

Beesmas is the annual winter seasonal event in Bee Swarm Simulator. It adds exclusive quests, limited cosmetics, and special items unavailable the rest of the year. The event typically runs for several weeks in December.

Look for the gift box icon near the spawn area of your base. Click it and enter your code. Codes typically give Tickets, Honey, boosts, or rare eggs. They expire — redeem quickly after they're announced.

Areas unlock by reaching certain Honey milestones or completing specific quests from NPC bears. Focus on growing your Honey total and completing every quest you can see — NPCs chain into each other.

Focus on completing bear quests, hatching as many eggs as you can, and unlocking Clover Field and Spider Field early. Don't obsess over specific bee types until you have at least 15–20 bees in your swarm.
