Blox Fruits Venom Rework Status Check: Where Are We on June 14, 2026?

The Blox Fruits Venom Rework was scheduled for the late-May-to-June 2026 window. That window has now closed with no release (status re-verified July 4). Full status check: what is confirmed vs leaked (Wrathsong, dungeon system, fruit skins), the update-numbering confusion explained against the official wiki log, and the pre-rework prep checklist that still pays whenever the update lands.

Status re-verified July 4, 2026: the late-May-to-June window has now fully passed and the Venom Rework has not shipped. The official wiki still lists the rework as confirmed (by admin Uzoth) with no release date, and its update log shows nothing shipped since the March 28 Easter Event. The historical 2–4 week slip pattern described below now points at mid-to-late July. The snapshot below is otherwise preserved as written on June 14. Leaks (Wrathsong, dungeon system, fruit skins) come from data-mined files first surfaced April 25–28, 2026 and are labeled as leaks — not confirmed update content.

It’s mid-June. The Venom Rework — the most-anticipated Blox Fruits change of the year — is still not live. The developer-stated window of late May to June 2026 is now in its last 16 days, and historical pacing suggests we may already be past it.

This isn’t a “preview the patch notes” post — there are no patch notes yet. It’s a clean status check: what’s actually confirmed, what’s leaked, why the version-number confusion is breaking community search, and what to do with your Venom (and your Sheckles, your fragments, your Beli) right now, whether the update drops tomorrow or three weeks from now.

If you read our May Final Prep Guide back when the window opened, this is the “three weeks later, here’s where we actually are” follow-up.

TL;DR — Where We Actually Stand

  • The Venom Rework has NOT shipped. First verified June 14, re-verified July 4, 2026.
  • The dev window was late May to June 2026. It has now closed without a release.
  • Historical slip: Blox Fruits updates have slipped 2–4 weeks past stated windows in past releases — pushing the realistic ship date as far as early-to-mid July 2026.
  • Confirmed contents: Venom visual redesign, new attack animations, rework to fruit appearance and move VFX. Dev roadmap also lists Dark and Quake reworks, Celestial and Oni fruits, 4th Sea, crew rework, and bounty rework — but those are spread across the broader roadmap, not necessarily all bundled into the Venom patch.
  • Leaked contents: Wrathsong location, an enemy-tiered Dungeon system (S1/S2/S3), and cosmetic skins for the Pink Portal and White Lightning fruits — all from a data-mine surfaced April 25–28, 2026.
  • Most recent shipped update: Update 31, released March 28, 2026 — the Easter Event (Egg Hunt Codex, Easter Gifts, Easter Shop), per the official wiki update log.

The Update 30 vs Update 31 Numbering Confusion

One of the most-asked questions in community Discords right now: “Wait, isn’t the Venom rework Update 30? Didn’t Update 31 already come out?”

Here’s what the official wiki update log actually records: Update 30 was the Valentine’s Day Event (released February 14, 2026 — Fiend mutation, Cupid NPCs, Valentine’s quests), and Update 31 was the Easter Event (released March 28, 2026 — Egg Hunt Codex, Easter Gifts, Easter Shop). Both numbers are already used by shipped seasonal updates.

The “Update 30 = Venom rework” label comes from third-party trackers like Pocket Tactics, not from the official log. Practical implications:

  • The Venom rework has no official update number yet. When it ships, it will get the next number in the official log — don’t anchor your searches to “Update 30.”
  • Some third-party guides list the Venom Rework under “Update 30” and others under “Update 32” — that’s tracker-numbering drift, not two different updates.
  • When checking whether the rework has shipped, the reliable test is the official wiki’s update log and the Gamer Robot Discord — not a tracker’s version number.

What’s Confirmed for the Rework Wave

Pulled from developer roadmap coverage (Sportskeeda’s Venom Rework guide), cross-checked against the official wiki where possible:

FeatureStatusDetail
Venom reworkConfirmed, unscheduledConfirmation is on the official wiki (credited to admin Uzoth). Roadmap coverage describes new attack animations and a visual redesign of fruit appearance and move VFX — but specific move names and damage values are not in any pre-release patch note.
Dark reworkOn dev roadmapListed alongside Venom and Quake as upcoming reworks. Whether all three ship in Update 30 or stagger across 30/31/32 is not specified.
Quake reworkOn dev roadmapSame as Dark — confirmed planned, exact update slot not pinned.
Celestial & Oni fruitsOn dev roadmapNew fruit additions. Likely Update 30 or 31 — roadmap doesn’t pin.
4th SeaOn dev roadmapA long-promised content addition. Window unspecified; tentatively after the rework cycle.
Crew reworkOn dev roadmapSystem change. Not tied to Update 30 specifically.
Bounty reworkOn dev roadmapSystem change. Not tied to Update 30 specifically.

What is not confirmed: specific Venom move names, damage values, cooldowns, or what the “very interesting” twist is. Treat any third-party guide claiming exact numbers as speculative until Gamer Robot posts the official patch notes.

What’s Leaked (Wrathsong, Dungeons, Skins)

A data-mine surfaced between April 25–28, 2026 turned up three significant references that aren’t in the official roadmap but appear in the game’s internal files:

  • Wrathsong — a named location. Whether it’s a new island, a dungeon, an event zone, or a Sea-side area is unclear from the file names alone.
  • Dungeon system — enemy tiers labeled S1, S2, S3. Suggests a tiered scaling difficulty similar to other Roblox combat games (Type Soul, King Legacy), but the implementation isn’t in the dev roadmap line items.
  • Cosmetic skins — referenced for the Pink Portal fruit and the White Lightning fruit. First skin-style cosmetics for individual fruits if they ship.

⚠️ Rumor Watch: Data-mined references frequently miss the live build entirely — they prove a feature exists in code, not that it’s shipping in the next update. Treat Wrathsong and the dungeon system as probable future-update additions, but don’t plan progression around them until you see them in a public test or live patch.

Why It Slipped — and How Far Late Is “Late”

The dev-stated window was late May to June 2026. We’re now in the back half of that window. There’s no shipped patch, no public test build, no “next week” teaser from Gamer Robot as of June 14.

Reference points from prior Blox Fruits releases:

  • Update 31 — shipped March 28, 2026, on a window that was originally early-to-mid March. Slip: ~2 weeks past the original target.
  • Update 29 (2025) — released several weeks past initial teases. Slip: 3–4 weeks past announced window.

Adjusting for that pattern, the realistic ship-window for the Venom rework is:

  • Optimistic: June 21–30, 2026 (last week of the stated window)
  • Median: July 5–15, 2026 (2–3 week slip past the window)
  • Worst case: Late July 2026 (4-week slip)

What this rules out: a “tomorrow” patch is unlikely. Gamer Robot typically posts a tease 5–7 days before a major update. As of today there is no tease in the dev channels.

Should You Hold or Trade Venom Right Now?

This is the question that actually matters and the one most likely to lose people Beli if they get it wrong. Two scenarios:

If you hold Venom now:

  • Best case — rework lands strong → Venom demand spikes for the first weeks post-patch as players chase the reworked kit (the usual pattern for well-received reworks).
  • Worst case — rework underwhelms → Venom value drops as the rework hype unwinds and holders exit.
  • Slip-day case — every week of waiting depresses ambient demand. Holding through a 4-week slip = sitting on dead-money Venom for a month.

If you trade out of Venom now:

  • You crystallize today’s value. Today’s Venom market price has already partially priced in the rework expectation, but not the post-patch spike.
  • You free up trade slots for unrelated meta moves (Buddha permanent, Dough, Spirit) that have stable demand.
  • You miss the post-patch spike if it lands.

The neutral play: hold one Venom, trade the duplicates. If you have permanent Venom plus a physical Venom, the optimal hedge is keeping the permanent, trading the physical. You retain rework exposure with half the lockup. If you’re reading this and only have one Venom, hold — the upside skews positive on a confirmed rework even after a slip.

For broader Venom valuation context vs. other meta fruits, see the Kitsune Fruit Value Guide. For the record on what Update 31 actually contained (and what it didn't), see Blox Fruits Update 31: What Actually Shipped.

Pre-Rework Prep Checklist (Still Pays Either Way)

Whether the Venom rework ships next week or in six, these all hold value either way:

  1. Bank Beli to ~50M. Rework patches always introduce new trade-cycle pressure. Sit on liquid Beli rather than over-spending pre-patch.
  2. Stockpile Fragments (10K+). Most reworks reset the skill trees or open new ones. Fragments are the universal pre-rework currency.
  3. Max your Awakening progress on whatever you currently main. If you’re going to swap to reworked Venom, dumping pre-rework Awakening grind into your current main pays compound dividends (you still wield it during the rework rollout while everyone else is testing Venom).
  4. Don’t buy Venom from Robux right now. The pre-rework market is the worst time to spend Robux on a fruit you can get post-patch at the same or lower price. Spend Robux post-patch if at all.
  5. Watch the Gamer Robot Discord and Trello. The first official tease will surface there, 5–7 days before live. Set notifications.
  6. Have a Race V4 setup ready. Most pre-rework prep is fruit-side, but Race V4 lets you keep grinding raids efficiently while you wait. Don’t treat the slip as wasted time.

FAQ

Has the Blox Fruits Venom Rework released?

No. Re-verified July 4, 2026: the developer window of late May to June 2026 has fully passed with no release, and the official wiki's update log shows nothing shipped since the March 28 Easter Event. Historical slip patterns (2–4 weeks past stated windows) now point at mid-to-late July 2026.

What update is the Venom Rework part of — 30, 31, or 32?

None officially, yet. Per the official wiki update log, Update 30 (Valentine's, February 14) and Update 31 (Easter, March 28) both already shipped as seasonal events. The "Update 30" and "Update 32" labels attached to the Venom rework come from third-party trackers, not the official log — the rework will get its number when it ships.

What’s confirmed for the rework wave?

Confirmed: the Venom rework itself (the wiki credits confirmation to admin Uzoth; roadmap coverage describes new attack animations + a visual redesign). On the broader dev roadmap per third-party coverage (timing unpinned): Dark rework, Quake rework, Celestial & Oni fruits, 4th Sea, crew rework, bounty rework. Specific Venom move names, damage values, or exact patch notes are not publicly released yet.

What is Wrathsong?

A leaked location name surfaced in data-mined files between April 25–28, 2026. Could be a new island, dungeon, or event zone — the file references alone don’t pin which. Treat as a probable upcoming addition but not confirmed for Update 30.

Is there a dungeon system coming?

Data-mined references show enemy tiers labeled S1, S2, S3 — consistent with a tiered dungeon difficulty system. Not in the official roadmap. Likely Update 30 or 31 content, but not confirmed.

Should I hold or trade my Venom?

Depends on your inventory. If you have multiple Venom (permanent + physical), hold permanent and trade duplicates. If you have one Venom, hold — the post-rework upside skews positive on confirmed reworks. Don’t buy Venom with Robux right now; the pre-rework market is the worst time to spend.

When will the next Blox Fruits update teaser drop?

Gamer Robot typically posts the first official tease 5–7 days before a major update. As of June 14, no tease is live in the dev channels. Watch the Gamer Robot Discord and Trello for the next signal.

What should I do while waiting?

Bank ~50M Beli, stockpile 10K+ Fragments, max Awakening on your current main, prepare a Race V4 setup for efficient raids, and avoid burning Robux on Venom or related fruits pre-patch.

Are Celestial and Oni fruits coming with the Venom rework or later?

Both are on the dev roadmap per third-party coverage. Whether they ship alongside the Venom rework or in a later release is not specified. Some leaks group them with the rework wave; treat that as plausible but unconfirmed.
