RECRUIT ORIENTATION // CHAPTER 01
BEGINNER
OPS MANUAL
Escape Tsunami For Brainrots! is a simulator/tycoon experience by sc7ry and Do Big Studios™ under the Wave of Brainrots community. Collect brainrots from the track, survive six escalating tsunami types, place units at your base for passive income, and rebirth for permanent multipliers. Every mechanic below is sourced from the Fandom wiki — no invented numbers.
THE CORE LOOP
FOUR MOVES. REPEAT UNTIL OMEGA.
DEPLOY TO THE TRACK
Sprint away from spawn. Rarer brainrots spawn further out, so your reach is gated by your speed upgrade.
GRAB BRAINROTS
Pick up brainrots as you pass them. Carry upgrades let you bring more back per trip.
BEAT THE TSUNAMI
When the wave warning fires, either return to base or drop into a safe-zone trench between rarity zones. If you are caught, you respawn at the safe zone.
PLACE AT BASE
Brainrots placed at your base generate passive income. Upgrade base floor space to fit more of them.
SAFE ZONES ARE NOT OPTIONAL
Where: Underground gaps / trenches between rarity zones. Drop into the gap before the wave arrives. On hit: you respawn at the safe zone — brainrots already at base are safe, but anything you were carrying is lost. VIP: Game Pass holders can use the VIP Wall as an alternative dodge option.
KNOW YOUR WAVE
6 TSUNAMI TYPES // ASCENDING DANGER
SUPER SLOW
#01Slowest wave — easiest to outrun with low speed upgrades.
SLOW
#02Early-game standard wave.
MEDIUM
#03Mid-game standard wave.
FAST
#04Forces players toward safe zones — sprint-speed alone is risky.
LIGHTNING
#05Very high speed; safe zones or base required.
BEAST
#06Triggered by any player spending 19 Robux. Highest-speed wave in the game.
UPGRADE ORDER
CONFIRMED CAPS FROM THE FANDOM UPGRADES PAGE
SPEED
CRITICALIncreases movement speed. Needed to reach far-end rarity zones and to meet rebirth speed requirements.
CARRY CAPACITY
HIGHIncreases the number of brainrots you can carry on one track run.
BASE
HIGHExpands your base so you can place more brainrots for passive income.
BRAINROT LEVEL
MEDIUMLevels up individual brainrots to raise their per-second income. Focus leveling on high-rarity units.
REBIRTH MATH
PERMANENT MULTIPLIER // SPEED RESETS EACH REBIRTH
MUTATIONS 101
MULTIPLY YOUR INCOME // EVENT-GATED DROPS
Mutations stack on top of a brainrot’s base income. A mutated Common can out-earn a plain Legendary once the multiplier lands. Below are the mutations whose multipliers are confirmed across multiple sources — ordered weakest to strongest.
Early-game mutation. Tints the brainrot green.
Brainrots left behind on the map after a Gold Wave can carry this mutation.
Extremely rare drop with a bright blue crystal shine. Multiplier is currently higher than the intended value due to a documented glitch.
One of the rarest mid-tier mutations.
Top-tier — second only to Lucky.
Highest confirmed income multiplier in the game.
LUCKY (10x) AND HACKER (5x) ARE BOTH EVENT-GATED AND RARE. DIAMOND CURRENTLY OVER-PERFORMS ITS 2.5x INTENDED VALUE DUE TO A DOCUMENTED GLITCH.
ENDGAME — PARADOX RITUAL
THE ONLY VERIFIED SOURCE OF $2.5B/s UNITS
Only attemptable during Admin Abuse.
Gather 3 players near the Spawn Machine, each holding a Lucky Block.
Position the three players in a triangle around the Spawn Machine.
Wait for the server message "Paradox Rising" to appear.
Begin fusing random brainrots in the Spawn Machine for a chance at a Paradox-rarity unit.

BEGINNER FAQ
What should I upgrade first?
Speed, in almost every case. Speed determines how far down the track you can reach before a tsunami hits — which is the single biggest driver of income, since rarer brainrots spawn further from the starting area. Carry capacity and base expansion come after speed.
When should I rebirth for the first time?
As soon as you can comfortably hit the speed requirement. The first rebirth grants a permanent 1.5x income multiplier — that multiplier applies forever, so delaying rebirth costs you compounding income. Your base, carry upgrades, brainrots, and unlocks all persist through rebirth; only speed resets.
What happens if a tsunami hits me?
You respawn at the safe zone. You keep any brainrots already placed at your base, and you keep your upgrades, but any brainrots you were carrying on the track are lost. Duck into a trench between zones before the wave arrives, or make it back to the base before the warning ends.
How do I get mutations on my brainrots?
Mutations drop during events — Gold comes from Gold Waves during Admin Abuse, Diamond comes from Mutation Rain during Wave Wednesday, Candy from the Candy Event. Lucky (10x) is the strongest confirmed multiplier in the game; Hacker (5x) is second.
What is the endgame?
Paradox-rarity brainrots at $2.5B/s — currently the highest base income in the game. Paradox is only obtainable through the Paradox Ritual: three players form a triangle at the Spawn Machine during Admin Abuse, wait for the "Paradox Rising" message, and fuse brainrots in the Spawn Machine for a chance to roll a Paradox.
