Adopt Me Waffle Scuffle & Mochi Meow Guide: Week 2 Sugarfest Pets, Tips & Rewards

Sugarfest Week 2 is here. Adopt Me dropped the Waffle Scuffle update on March 20, 2026, adding two new limited-time pets — the Waffle Wyrm (Ultra-Rare) and the Mochi Meow (Legendary) — along with two new minigames and a fresh batch of shop items. The Sugarfest event runs until April 6, 2026, so you have time, but the week-specific minigames rotate, meaning Waffle Scuffle and Mochi Mash won't be around forever.

Here's everything new in Week 2 and the fastest ways to earn Candy Eggs for the rewards you want.

    Available UntilApril 6, 2026

The Waffle Wyrm is a waffle-textured serpent pet — one of the most visually unique pets in the event. At 80,000 Candy Eggs it's a significant grind, but you can also get lucky through egg drops.

    Mochi Meow (Legendary)

    DetailInfo
    RarityLegendary
How to GetComplete the Mochi Mash night activity (5 posts)
Alt MethodBuy Mochi Mallets for 25,000 Candy Eggs each
    Available UntilApril 6, 2026

The Mochi Meow is the star of Week 2. It's a Legendary cat pet trapped by five posts that you need to break using Mochi Mallets. Each Mallet breaks one post, so you need 5 Mallets total to free it.

    How to get Mochi Mallets:

  • Earn them as rewards from the Game of Sweets board game
  • Buy them outright for 25,000 Candy Eggs each (125,000 total for all 5)
  • Pro tip: Farm Game of Sweets for free Mallets before spending Candy Eggs. Each Mallet saves you 25,000 Eggs.

    Waffle Scuffle Minigame Guide

Waffle Scuffle is a competitive sliding minigame accessible at the Waffle Circus area.

    How It Works

  • Queue up at the Waffle Circus (runs on a 10-minute repeating timer)
  • You spawn as a piece of butter on top of a giant waffle, appearing as your equipped main pet (or a Waffle Wyrm if you have no pet equipped)
  • There are 10 rounds per match
  • Each round gives you 6 seconds to:
  • - Choose your direction using your camera

    - Set your force using a meter at the bottom of the screen

  • When time's up, everyone slides simultaneously across the waffle
  • Collide with other players to knock them off the edge
  • Collect Candy Eggs scattered on the waffle and knock off Fruit Owls for bonus eggs
  • If you fall off the edge, you sit out one round before respawning
  • Candy Egg Rewards

    Your payout depends on:

  • How many Candy Eggs you collected during rounds
  • How many players you knocked off
  • How many Fruit Owls you knocked off
  • Tips for maximum earnings:

  • Aim for the center first — it's safer and lets you collect eggs while others fight at the edges
  • Use moderate force — too much and you'll fly off the edge yourself
  • Target Fruit Owls early in each round for guaranteed egg bonuses
  • Getting knocked off costs you a full round of earnings, so play defensively

    Mochi Mash Activity Guide

Mochi Mash is a stealth-based nighttime activity — a completely different vibe from Waffle Scuffle.

    How It Works

  • Wait for nighttime in the game
  • Inspector Sherbet guards the Mochi Meow during the day — at night, his guard drops
  • Sneak past Inspector Sherbet
  • Use Mochi Mallets to hammer the 5 posts holding the Mochi Meow captive
  • Each Mallet breaks one post, then it breaks
  • Destroy all 5 posts to free the Mochi Meow and add it to your inventory

Strategy: Play Game of Sweets daily and save your Mallets. Only buy the remaining ones you need from the shop.

    Candy Egg Farming Strategy

With the Waffle Wyrm at 80,000 Eggs and Mochi Mallets at 25,000 each, you need an efficient farming plan.

    Daily Priorities (Ranked by Eggs/Hour)

  • Waffle Scuffle — Best Candy Egg source in Week 2. Play every 10-minute cycle you can
  • Game of Sweets — Board game near the Nursery. Moderate egg income + free Mochi Mallets
  • Cocoa River — Float downstream on a donut collecting eggs. Relaxing but lower yield
  • Candy Cliffs — Use Candy Chisels (6,500 Eggs each or Game of Sweets drops) to break through candy layers. Contains the Gummy Guana pet
  • Weekly Egg Budget

The main event runs March 13 through April 6, 2026. The event wagon stays open until April 10 for spending leftover Candy Eggs.

Can I still get Week 1 pets?

Yes! The Gumball Caterpillar, Gummy Guana (via Candy Cliffs), and Candicorn (1,000 Robux) are still available throughout the full event.

What's the fastest way to get the Mochi Meow?

Farm Game of Sweets for free Mochi Mallets, then buy any remaining ones for 25,000 Candy Eggs each. You need 5 total.

Is the Waffle Wyrm worth 80,000 Eggs?
