Yesterday’s post covered the Friendship Shop, the four contributor pools, the Silver Transcendent Seed Pack, and the Aurum Spire’s ability text. The one thing yesterday could not answer was the mechanic itself: how does the Beanstalk actually grow? The wiki filled that in this morning.
The two lines that stopped me:
- Jack requests a plant trait every hour — Berry, Flower, Fruit, Leafy, Vegetable, Woody, Prickly, Stalky, or Tropical — and the Beanstalk needs 900 total contribution points before it’s fully grown. Once grown it stays up for 20 minutes before decaying. Every climber gets a maximum of 5 rewards per climb. This is the tempo of the entire event.
- The Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean isn’t just a Friendship level 6 purchase for 1,500,000,000 Sheckles — it’s also craftable at the new bench for 3x Beanstalk + 1x Cleansing Pet Shard + 15,000,000 Sheckles on a 60-minute timer. That’s a hundred-times price cut through the workshop, provided you have the Cleansing Pet Shard on hand.
The main-shop lineup, the crafting bench, and the revised contributor drop table below are all wiki-new since yesterday. If you read the T-Minus 24 Hours post, everything here builds on it — it does not repeat the Friendship Shop or Aurum Spire ability, which are unchanged.
What’s New Today (Since Yesterday’s Post)
The Beanstalk Event 2026 page was edited seven times this morning between 13:25 UTC and 13:47 UTC, plus a wave of secondary page edits between 13:32 and 14:13 covering Aurum Spire, Nimbush, Twist Berry, and every new pet. Here’s the delta.
- The Beanstalk Growth mechanic — Jack, the plant-trait request that refreshes hourly, 900-point completion threshold, 20-minute active window, 5-reward cap per climb, and top-contributor bonus. None of this existed on the page yesterday.
- The Crafting Bench — seven recipes with exact ingredient stacks, Sheckle costs, and craft times (Skyroot Chest, Sprout Egg, Willowberry Seed, three cosmetics, and the Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean).
- The Main Shop published as a full 14-item table with stock chances, stock amounts, and the personal grow-count that unlocks each row (2 grows for Sprout Egg and Mandrake, 3 for Sprout Crate and Twist Berry, and so on up to 9 for the Beanpod Egg).
- Goliath’s Portal gating — 7 grows to use the portal at the top of the fully grown Beanstalk, 12 grows to claim the Skycastle Fence skin.
- The Giant’s food preferences — Burger, Porridge, Corndog — plus the friendship-level thresholds (0/20/50/90/140/200/270 points).
- Contributor pool re-normalized down from 13 items to 12; percentages shift accordingly (Reclaimer 18.52% → 19.23%, Sprout Seed Pack 14.81% → 15.38%, and the rest in step).
- The full pet roster confirmed at nine names: Sheep, Cloud Hound, Beanstalk Bear, Chest Mimic, Jabberwock, Wooly Mammoth, Goose, Vine Serpent, and Cloud Sprite. Every pet page carries the “Unreleased” tag through this afternoon.
What has not changed since yesterday: Friendship Shop prices (Gnome still 1,000,000,000 Sheckles at level 7, Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean still 1,500,000,000 Sheckles at level 6, Nimbush still 25,000,000 at level 5), the Aurum Spire ability text (Gilded mutation on a 10-minute timer), and the Silver Transcendent Seed Pack quest gauntlet.
The Beanstalk Growth Mechanic — Jack, Plant Traits, 900 Points
Here’s the wording from the wiki, mechanic by mechanic:
- Jack asks for crops with a specific plant trait. His requested trait refreshes every hour.
- The valid traits are: Berry, Flower, Fruit, Leafy, Vegetable, Woody, Prickly, Stalky, Tropical.
- 900 contribution points are required to fully grow the Beanstalk.
- Once fully grown, the Beanstalk Tree remains active for 20 minutes before decaying.
- While climbing, players can claim rewards. A maximum of 5 rewards can be claimed.
- A leaderboard beside Jack shows each player’s contribution. The top contributor receives an additional top-contributor reward on top of the normal drop.
Two things about that rhythm to notice before launch:
First, the hourly trait refresh is the real strategic layer. If you only farm Berry crops, you’re useful for a fraction of every hour; if you keep a rotation of Berry / Leafy / Woody / Stalky planted, you can convert almost any request into a submission. Nimbush and Aurum Spire arrive during the event with fresh trait tags, and Twist Berry (Berry) and Flare Melon (Stalky) cover two of the more common asks. The event rewards mixed farms.
Second, 20 minutes of activity after 900 points of build-up is a short window. Missing the climb means missing the whole cycle. Set an in-game alarm the first time you contribute enough to trigger the leaderboard — that tells you the tree is close.
The Main Shop — All 14 Items and Their Grow-Count Gates
Every row below carries a stock chance (rolled on each 15-minute restock) and a personal grow-count requirement. You do not unlock rows by feeding the Giant; you unlock them by helping grow the Beanstalk that many times.

The Beanpod Egg at 9 grows is the ceiling. The whole main shop is designed around a nine-cycle progression — and with 900 points per grow, that’s a real ask. If you contribute meaningfully to every Beanstalk that comes up, nine cycles is roughly a full weekend of active play, not one afternoon.
What actually feels expensive here: Twist Berry at 250,000,000 Sheckles for a Beanstalk-grow-3-gated seed puts it above Amberheart (8,000,000 at grow 6) and every Legendary or Mythical crop except Spriggan (150,000,000 at grow 7). The wiki does not yet publish Twist Berry’s harvest yield or trait tag, so whether that price is worth it is a Sunday question, not a Saturday one.
The stock-chance line matters. A 100% stock chance on Sprout Seed Pack, Mandrake, and Twist Berry means those three items always sit in the shop and you are only waiting on Sheckles; everything else rolls at its listed probability every 15 minutes, and the low-percentage rows (Spriggan 1.67%, Amberheart 4.17%) will require patient camping.
The Crafting Bench — All Seven Recipes
The Crafting Bench is a new mechanic for this event and it is the only in-game way to make several items that were previously purchase-only:

Two recipes are worth paying attention to before launch.
Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean at 15,000,000 Sheckles. The Friendship Shop sells the same item at 1,500,000,000 Sheckles gated behind Friendship level 6. If the crafted item is functionally identical — the wiki does not currently note any distinction — the bench is a 100x price cut. The catch is the Cleansing Pet Shard: it is not a Beanstalk-event item, so you either brought one to launch or you’re waiting on farm luck to roll one before you can craft.
Willowberry Seed. Willowberry is not sold at the Beanstalk shop; it’s only obtainable through the bench, and it eats one Flare Melon (Friendship level 4 shop) and one Glowpod (Friendship level 3 shop) plus two Beanstalks per craft. The wiki tags Willowberry as returning content from the 2025 event, so this is the wiki’s way of saying: if you want the crop back, you’re farming through the Friendship path first.
The 2x Beanstalk cost repeats across six of the seven recipes; only the Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean bumps it to three. Beanstalks — grown from the Beanstalk seed available in the main shop — are the event’s core crafting currency.
Goliath’s Portal — Seven Grows to the Top, Twelve for the Fence
The Friendship Shop lives at the top of a fully grown Beanstalk. To use the portal that gets you there, you need to have helped grow the Beanstalk 7 times. Players who have not yet crossed 7 grows can still climb and collect the up-to-5 climb rewards; they just can’t access Goliath.
The Skycastle Fence skin is a separate reward tier gated at 12 grows, and it’s claimed once (not restocked). Together with the 9-grow Beanpod Egg from the Main Shop, that puts the top-end progression bracket at 12 successful Beanstalk cycles — a genuine long-tail commitment.
The Friendship Shop itself restocks every 15 minutes, same as the Main Shop, so once you’re inside there is no lockout — only your Sheckle balance and the Giant’s friendship level cap what you can buy.
Feeding the Giant — Burger, Porridge, Corndog, and the Level Curve
Friendship progression comes from feeding the Giant. The wiki names his preferred foods explicitly: Burger, Porridge, Corndog. The point thresholds to reach each level are cumulative:

The curve is linear-plus-ten — each level costs 10 more points than the previous one — so getting from level 1 to level 7 is a fixed 270-point ceiling once you know how many points a Burger, Porridge, or Corndog actually gives. The wiki does not currently publish per-food point values; that’s a launch-day question we’ll answer as soon as the event goes live and players start reporting.
The Contributor Pool Just Got Re-Normalized — Twelve Items, Not Thirteen
Yesterday’s wiki table showed a 13-item pool led by Reclaimer at 18.52% and Sprout Seed Pack at 14.81%. This morning that pool is 12 items and every percentage has ticked up:

The Top Contributor pool (5 items), the Gold Beanstalk pool (4 items), and the Gold Beanstalk Top Contributor pool (4 items) are unchanged from yesterday — Sprout Seed Pack still tops the Top Contributor pool at 34.78%, the Gold Beanstalk Top Contributor pool still awards the same items in tenfold quantities (Sprout Seed Pack x10, Sprout Crate x10, Sprout Egg x10, Skyroot Chest x10), which is the strongest single reward source in the event.
What this shift changes strategically: the small-item chaff at the bottom of the pool (Small Treat, Small Toy, Beanstalk seed itself) is now a combined 15.39% of every contributor roll, and the four Divine and Gear items at the top (Reclaimer, Sprout Seed Pack, Sprout Crate, Godly Sprinkler) hit a combined 55.77%. Just over half your rolls are usable long-tail resources; the other half is filler you’ll sell.
The Actual Launch-Day Plan
With the mechanic on the wiki, the launch-day question sharpens. Here’s the sequence that gets you to Beanpod Egg access fastest:
- Log in for the 20:30 UTC transition. Harvest Moon closes at that exact moment. If you have unspent Harvest Moon currency or unclaimed final-week rewards, spend those in the 90 seconds before the cutover, not after.
- Buy the Sprout Seed Pack immediately. 1,500,000 Sheckles, always in stock, and both Skyroot Chest and Sprout Egg recipes consume one.
- Plant Beanstalks first. Six of the seven crafting recipes need 2 Beanstalks, so this is your primary constraint.
- Contribute what Jack asks for on every hourly refresh. Even 20–30 points per hour puts you in the contributor pool; hitting the leaderboard puts you in the top-contributor pool.
- Buy Mandrake at 50,000 Sheckles the moment you hit 2 grows. It’s a 100% stock item at a floor price, and if it’s a farmable multi-harvest, it’s pure Sheckle throughput.
- Save Cleansing Pet Shards. One of those + 3 Beanstalks + 15M Sheckles = a Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean that would otherwise cost 1.5 billion at the Friendship Shop.
- Don’t chase the Gnome or Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean at Friendship Shop prices on day one. Both are Robux-alternate at 449 and 279 respectively, but the Sheckle costs (1B and 1.5B) will not be reachable in the first 24 hours of the event.
The single question I still can’t answer without live data is per-Burger friendship-point value. That will settle within an hour of launch, and the wiki usually catches up within another hour.
