The wiki added the line that changes the whole event: a 15-minute contribution cooldown, capping every player at four Beanstalk submissions an hour.

Yesterday’s post was the pre-launch preview. Some of what I wrote turned out to be wiki-accurate at 14:55 UTC yesterday and no longer accurate this morning. I want to be direct about that up front, because this is exactly the kind of launch where the wiki catches up to the game in the first few hours and the pre-launch page ages fast.
Three things changed materially overnight:
- A 15-minute per-player contribution cooldown was added to the mechanic. This did not exist on the wiki yesterday afternoon.
- The Crafting Bench and its seven recipes — which I quoted extensively yesterday — are now HTML-commented out on the wiki. The bench did not ship at launch, and every recipe listed yesterday is currently unreachable in-game.
- Five of the nine forecast pets and one of the four forecast seeds (King Palm) are similarly commented out. Only four pets and three seeds are live.
Below is a full accounting of what actually shipped, what didn’t, and what the numbers now say about how the event should be played.
The 15-Minute Contribution Cooldown — the Change That Matters Most
Here is the new wiki sentence, added to the Beanstalk Growth section between yesterday afternoon and this morning:
“900 points are required to fully grow the Beanstalk. Once a player has contributed, the player can’t contribute for another 15 minutes.”
Fifteen minutes per player. That is the entire pacing rewrite. Yesterday’s post talked about the hourly plant-trait refresh as the strategic layer — keep a Berry, Leafy, Woody, and Stalky rotation planted, submit whatever Jack asks for the moment it’s his ask. That is still true. But the cadence between YOUR submissions is now capped at four per hour maximum.
Two consequences follow from that:
First, the real bottleneck stopped being your farm and started being your cooldown. If Jack asks for a Berry at the top of the hour and you submit at 12:00 UTC, you cannot submit again until 12:15 UTC — and if his trait refresh at 13:00 UTC lands on a trait you have zero of, you lose that whole hour to farming rather than contributing. The event now rewards a wide trait spread more than it rewards volume. Every rotation slot you skip is potentially an hour of the leaderboard you gave away.
Second, reaching the top-contributor spot got easier and harder at the same time. Easier because everyone else is capped too, so the ceiling on the leaderboard is much lower than it looked yesterday. Harder because you cannot recover lost cooldowns — a fifteen-minute gap where you did not submit is a fifteen-minute gap where the person who did is quietly moving ahead. Set an alarm.
The math: 900 points, and if a normal submission is worth roughly 15 points (nothing on the wiki confirms per-submission value yet — that is one of two remaining blanks I will not fill in with a guess), a full Beanstalk needs sixty submissions total across every player in your server. At four submissions per hour per player, a server of ten dedicated grinders fills that in ninety minutes on paper. Two or three grinders and it stretches past three hours.
The Crafting Bench Did Not Ship — What Yesterday Got Wrong
Yesterday’s post included a full seven-recipe crafting-bench table (Skyroot Chest, Sprout Egg, Willowberry Seed, three cosmetics, and the marquee Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean at 3x Beanstalk plus 1x Cleansing Pet Shard plus 15,000,000 Sheckles). That entire section is now wrapped in a wiki <!-- HTML comment. It is not in the live event.
Here is what that means in practice:
- The Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean is only obtainable at 1,500,000,000 Sheckles from the Friendship Shop at level 6. The 100x price cut I flagged yesterday does not exist right now.
- The Willowberry Seed is not currently obtainable. Yesterday I said the returning 2025 crop was crafting-only; today the crafting route is not in-game and the wiki does not list Willowberry anywhere else in the shop.
- The 2x Beanstalk cost that repeated across six recipes is not a sink you need to plan for at all. Beanstalks (the seed) are still worth planting because they are what feed the Beanpod-Crate contributor pool, but they are not a crafting currency right now.
The wiki comment marker (“hidden stuff”) went into the page at 20:41 UTC last night, six minutes after the event went live. Read as: the recipes were data-mined leaks the wiki was ready to publish, and when the launch build did not include the bench, the wiki hid the section rather than delete it. That means the recipes may still ship in a Part 2 update, and yesterday’s tables will be the first place the numbers come back up on the site.
For now: do not save Cleansing Pet Shards for the Giantbean craft. If a Cleansing Pet Shard drops and you have a Prismatic pet that needs it, spend it.
The Beanpod Egg Drop Table Is Now Official
The Beanpod Egg (150,000,000 Sheckles or 149 Robux, gated behind 9 personal Beanstalk grows in the Main Shop) hatches to a table that yesterday was “pets confirmed, abilities TBA.” Today every ability is on the wiki, every drop percentage is on the wiki, and hunger values are on the wiki.

The Jabberwock at 0.5% is the same rate the Aug 27 preview leaked, and it holds. Divine-tier at 1-in-200 is the same rate the Divine King Palm is riding at in the Aug 27 forecast pool, and it is the kind of odds where every 200 eggs is an expected pull — not something to open two or three eggs and blame RNG on.
The Vine Serpent is the pet worth talking about strategically. Snake Stalk turning any Legendary-or-higher fruit into a Beanstalk seed is a passive Beanstalk-seed farm. Combined with the fact that Beanstalks are the required ingredient for every purchase-track contributor pool (the Beanpod Crate at 20% stock, the Beanpod Egg at 12.5%), Vine Serpent is the pet that quietly fixes your event tempo without you thinking about it. If you pulled one, it is worth keeping active over any other pet in your lineup until the event ends.
The Cloud Sprite is worth calling out for a separate reason: Cloudtouched is a mutation that is going to matter for anyone chasing the Prismatic Pet or Transcendent Pet achievements the Beanstalk Event added. If Cloudtouched is on the multi-mutation stack that unlocks Prismatic, the Cloud Sprite is a passive Prismatic-progress engine.
Premium Beanpod Egg, Rainbow Premium, and the Robux Tiers
The Premium Beanpod Egg is the Robux-only variant of the Beanpod Egg. Same four pets, same drop percentages, one added tier at the bottom:
- Hatch time: 30 seconds (vs 4 hours on the standard Beanpod Egg).
- Robux tiers: 149 for 1 egg, 429 for 3 eggs, 1,249 for 10 eggs, 4,999 for 50 eggs.
- Drop table: Goose 54%, Vine Serpent 35%, Cloud Sprite 9.5%, Jabberwock 0.5%, Rainbow Premium Beanpod Egg 1% (which spawns another Rainbow Premium Beanpod Egg — a chain-hatch feature that has appeared in a few 2026 events).
The per-egg price at the 50-egg tier works out to 99.98 Robux each — the best Robux-per-egg rate the event offers. At 0.5% Jabberwock, the expected number of eggs to see the Divine is 200; at 99.98 Robux each, that is 19,996 Robux to hit expectation. Nobody “deserves” it before then; nobody is unlucky if it takes 400.
Aurum Spire — 2.5 Trillion Sheckles, 0.14% Restock, Five Trait Tags
The Aurum Spire, the Transcendent-tier crop, has a full price and restock rate now:
- Seed cost: 2,500,000,000,000 Sheckles (two and a half trillion), or 1,599 Robux, or 1,599 Trade Tokens.
- Restock chance in the Seed Shop: 0.14% (roughly 1 in 700).
- Ability: every 10 minutes, mutates a nearby fruit with Gilded, with a lower chance of Beanbound.
- Trait tags: Fruit, Leafy, Magical, Stalky, Woody — five plant traits on a single crop.
Two implications:
The five-trait tag list is a real leaderboard weapon. Because Jack rerolls his requested trait every hour, having a crop that answers five of the nine possible traits (Berry, Flower, Fruit, Leafy, Vegetable, Woody, Prickly, Stalky, Tropical) means one Aurum Spire crop covers five of nine hourly asks. That is 55% coverage from a single planted spot. The 15-minute cooldown from earlier makes this matter more, not less: you cannot afford to spend an hour of the event unable to answer Jack.
The 0.14% restock rate is genuinely brutal. At a 5-minute restock cadence in the base Seed Shop, an expected 700 restocks between Aurum Spire appearances is 3,500 minutes, or 58 hours of continuous shop attention. Trade Tokens at 1,599 is the pragmatic route for anyone who is not going to buy Robux. Nimbush Is 399 Robux Now, Not 249
Yesterday I quoted Nimbush at 25,000,000 Sheckles or 249 Robux from the Friendship Shop level 5. The Nimbush item page now shows 399 Robux, not 249. Sheckle cost is unchanged.
The Beanstalk Event 2026 page itself still shows 249 Robux for Nimbush in the Friendship Shop tab. That is a wiki-internal disagreement between the item page (updated most recently) and the event page (older). If you were planning to Robux-buy Nimbush at 249, wait until the two pages agree before spending — and if they settle at 399, that is a 60% Robux price bump versus what the pre-launch page said.
Twist Berry is now confirmed Rare tier (not Legendary or above, as the 250,000,000-Sheckle price might have implied), tagged Berry and Fruit and Leafy, multi-harvest. It is the cheapest Berry you can put down to answer Jack’s Berry hour.
Gold Beanstalk Spawn Chance — 5.2%
The Gold Beanstalk is the variant contributor pool that awards items in 10x quantities. The wiki this morning added its spawn rate: 5.2% chance to replace the default Beanstalk. That is a 1-in-19 event. Over a weekend of nine Beanstalk cycles, the expected number of Gold Beanstalks is 0.47 — less than half of one. Nobody should plan around getting a Gold; treat it as pure upside if it appears.
What that changes: the Gold Beanstalk Top Contributor pool (which awards Sprout Seed Pack x10, Sprout Crate x10, Sprout Egg x10, Skyroot Chest x10) is the single strongest reward payout in the event, and it is now formally rare enough to justify camping the leaderboard on the exact grow that rolls Gold. If your session cadence is loose enough that you drop off between grows, you will not be in the top-contributor slot when the 1-in-19 hits. If you are willing to hold the leaderboard through a normal Beanstalk to earn the right to hold it during a Gold, the payoff is real.
The Five Pets and One Seed That Did Not Ship
Yesterday’s roster confirmed nine pets. Four are live:
- Goose (Uncommon, in Beanpod Egg)
- Vine Serpent (Legendary, in Beanpod Egg)
- Cloud Sprite (Mythical, in Beanpod Egg)
- Jabberwock (Divine, in Beanpod Egg)
Five are HTML-commented out on the Beanstalk Event 2026 page and their item pages remain empty stubs:
- Sheep
- Wooly Mammoth
- Cloud Hound
- Beanstalk Bear
- Chest Mimic
Read as: those five are staged for a Part 2 release, along with the Crafting Bench and, likely, the King Palm seed that is also commented out. Yesterday I said the full roster was locked; the reality is only the Beanpod-Egg roster locked, and the Friendship-Shop-adjacent pets are on hold.
The three seeds live are Aurum Spire, Nimbush, and Twist Berry. King Palm is not live.
The Cosmetics List Got Swapped Out
The pre-launch page listed three crafted cosmetics (Green Bean Memories, Bean Sprout Float Light, Bean Pool Table) and named a few shop cosmetics on top of those. The live wiki shows an entirely different set of six cosmetics in the Items list:
- Bean Pod Table
- Beanstalk Rug
- Stalky Scarecrow
- Pod Lamp
- Elder Bookshelf
- Bean Pod Nook
None of those six were on the wiki yesterday. What is unchanged: the Skycastle Fence skin at 12 grows, the Beanstalk Painting (Friendship Shop, 2,500,000 Sheckles), the Golden Goose Painting, Bean Chair, and Giant Painting (all Main Shop, 2,500,000 Sheckles at 12.5% stock chance).
The Revised Grind Plan
Here is the sequence I would actually run today, given what shipped:
- Plant your trait spread first. The 15-minute cooldown means every hour you cannot answer Jack’s trait is a hard hour of leaderboard loss. Twist Berry (Berry, Fruit, Leafy), Nimbush (Fungus, Leafy, Magical, Root, Stalky), and any Woody/Tropical/Flower crop you already have will cover most of Jack’s asks.
- Submit at the top of every 15-minute window. Not five minutes later, not when you happen to log back in. Alarm-clock discipline is now the difference between top contributor and normal contributor.
- Do not save Cleansing Pet Shards. The Crafting Bench is not live; the shard has no discounted use right now. If you have a Prismatic pet that needs one, spend it.
- Camp the leaderboard on grow #7 forward. Once you have 7 grows, you have access to Goliath and the Friendship Shop. Once you have 9, you can buy the Beanpod Egg. Cycle 12 unlocks the Skycastle Fence. Beyond 12, additional grows are pure Sheckle-flow — farm your Nimbush and Twist Berry instead.
- Buy Twist Berry at 250,000,000 Sheckles the moment you hit 3 grows. 100% stock chance, multi-harvest, three plant traits, and among the cheapest reliable Berry answer to Jack.
- Do not chase Aurum Spire from the Seed Shop unless you can afford 1,599 Trade Tokens. 0.14% restock is a two-day camp, and the Trade Token route bypasses the RNG entirely.
The two remaining wiki blanks: per-submission point value (still not published; will be settled by community reports within the next 24 hours) and per-food friendship-point values for the Giant (Burger, Porridge, Corndog). Both matter for exact planning; neither is unknown enough to change the sequence above.

Is there a contribution cooldown in Beanstalk Event 2026?
Yes. As of the launch build, once a player contributes to Jack, that player cannot contribute again for 15 minutes. This was added to the wiki after launch and was not part of the pre-launch preview.
Can I craft the Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean?
Not currently. The Crafting Bench section and all seven recipes are HTML-commented out on the wiki and did not ship at launch. The only route to the Pet Mutation Shard Giantbean right now is the Friendship Shop at level 6 for 1,500,000,000 Sheckles or 279 Robux.
