The real meta: roll during the right biome
Biome multipliers are the biggest lever in the game. Per the wiki: Lullaby drops from 1/17,000,000 to 1/1,700,000 during Nighttime (10× better), Twilight : Withering Grace from 1/180,000,000 to 1/18,000,000 at Nighttime, Starscourge from 1/10,000,000 to 1/2,000,000 in Starfall, and Impeached from 1/200,000,000 to 1/40,000,000 in Corruption. Stacking Luck Potions inside the matching biome window beats raw roll-count grinding every time.
The deterministic path: crafting
Seven auras are craftable at Jake's Workshop instead of rolled — including two Transcendents (Abyssal Hunter : Awakened and Matrix : Steampunk) and MasterHand (Dimensional). If the 1-in-a-billion grind isn't landing, farming craft materials is the only guaranteed route to a top-tier aura.
