Last Verified: October 6, 2026. Prices, pet sources and event rules come from the Adopt Me Wiki (Fandom) pages for the Halloween Event (2026), Task Board and each item. Ghost Gallery details cross-checked against TechWiser and All Things How. The week 2 Legendary and its Candy Corn price have not been revealed yet.

Buying everything in the week 1 Candy Corn shop costs 181,250 Candy Corn. The best Ghost Gallery round pays 5,000. That's 37 perfect rounds, and a round only starts every 10 minutes.

So no, you're not buying all of it. Pick your targets.

The event started at the October 3, 2026 Admin Abuse and runs until October 31. A second Legendary is already listed for week 2, and it costs Candy Corn, not Robux, so don't blow your stash yet.

Two paints aren't in that table. The Glimmering Ivory Pet Paint costs 1,000 Bucks. The Halloween Slime Mega Neon Paint comes back for 49 Robux on October 9 with week 2. It last sold during Halloween 2025 and left the game on November 7, 2025.

Where Candy Corn actually comes from

Four sources, and only two of them matter.

  • Ghost Gallery: up to 5,000 per round, based on your score. Rounds start every 10 minutes.
  • Pet needs: 200 per need you complete, on any pet.
  • The Crypt: 1,000 to 2,000 per coffin, but each coffin costs a Crypt Key, and you'll want those keys for other things.
  • Stray Cat: 50 for one food item, once per in-game day. Feed him because it's free. That's about it.

There's also a 50 Robux gamepass that adds 25% to your Candy Corn for the whole event. The bonus doesn't land in your wallet automatically. It piles up next to the Nursery, and you have to go collect it.

Without the pass, the 181,250 shop takes 37 max-score rounds.

With it, if the 25% applies to Ghost Gallery payouts too (the wiki's wording, "for the entire event", suggests it does), you need 145,000 base Candy Corn. That's 29 rounds.

For 50 Robux, the pass pays for itself if you're going after the Jumpscare or anything bigger.

Needs are slower, but you're doing them anyway. 40,000 for the Jumpscare is 200 needs, or 8 perfect Ghost Gallery rounds. Do both at once: queue for the Gallery, then do needs while you wait out the 10-minute timer.

The queue is inside the Manor. Rounds are 150 seconds, split into two halves.

First 75 seconds: the boss hides in a big painting and sends small ghosts into the furniture. Click near furniture with your Ghost Blaster to destroy it. Empty furniture just disappears. A piece can hide up to three ghosts, so smash the ones you saw ghosts fly into instead of hitting everything.

Your pet will also lead you to occupied furniture if you lose track.

Points come from draining ghost health. The ghosts spin and fling you away now and then. You can back off just before the spin and still stay inside blaster range. Keep shooting while you dodge.

Second 75 seconds: the boss comes out. Its health bar has four sections. Each time you break one, it hides and sends out more small ghosts, and you have to clear them before it comes back. Its spin hits a bigger area and stuns you for longer, so give it more room than the small ones.

Beating the boss also drops a Crypt Key. That's the real reason to play in a full lobby. More blasters on the boss means more rounds where everyone gets the key. The extra points are a bonus.

Crypt Keys, the Crypt and the Mummy Spider

The Crypt is the most confusing part of the event. It's also where the free pet is.

Getting keys:

  • The Task Board gives three event tasks a day, worth one key each, plus a bonus key for finishing all three. That's 4 keys a day.
  • Beating the Ghost Gallery boss gives 1 key.
  • 2 free keys were handed out during the October 3 Admin Abuse.

Keys can't be traded, and they disappear when the event ends. Don't stockpile them.

Using keys: the Crypt next to the Manor has four levels of coffins. Each coffin takes one key and gives Candy Corn (1,000 to 2,000) or a Crypt Twig. One coffin on each level hides the ladder down.

Find the ladder on level 4 and you claim a Mummy Spider. Then the Crypt collapses and resets, and you can do it again.

So the best case is 4 keys per Mummy Spider, if you pick the ladder coffin on every level. The wiki doesn't list how many coffins each level has, so the worst case is anyone's guess.

The catch: the Jacobin Pigeon needs 8 Crypt Twigs to build the nest in the Hotel, and twigs only come from the same coffins. Every key that gives you a twig is a key that didn't move you toward a spider.

If you want both, you'll need a lot of keys. Gallery boss kills are the only way to get more than 4 a day.

Twigs aren't tradable either, and they vanish at the end like the keys do.

What's worth your Candy Corn

Save for week 2 first. The week 2 Legendary is priced in Candy Corn, and its price hasn't been revealed yet. A Legendary you can earn without Robux is probably the best thing in this event, and if you've already spent everything, the Gallery won't pay out any faster to catch you up.

After that:

  • Jacobin Pigeon (4,000): buy it. It's cheap, and building the nest is the hard part anyway.
  • Jumpscare (40,000): the main week 1 grind. Check your eggs first, though. It also hatches from Basic Eggs (400 Pet Releaser Tickets), Crystal Eggs (4,000 tickets) and the Admin Abuse Egg.
  • Ghoul Mobile (44,500): the only expensive item that does anything. When a pet asks to ride, it gives a 3x Bucks and XP bonus, and it seats three.
  • Orbweaver Glider (59,000): the priciest thing in the shop, and it's movement only. Click to lift off, click again to boost. Fun, but buy it last, if at all.
  • Accessories (600 to 7,800): cheap filler. The Ghost Blaster at 7,800 matches the blaster you use in the Gallery, so that's the one people will notice.

The Jester Dragon is the Robux pet: 1,000 Robux, limited, Legendary. If you were waiting for a cheaper way to get it, there isn't one. Spend the Robux or skip it.

The vampire sloth walking to the Manor

Count Slothula started in the Carnival across from the Playground. The wiki says he moves a little closer to the Manor every real-life day. His lines include "So many stairs ahead" and "Late to Bloodsuckers Anonymous".

Nobody has said what happens when he gets there. He might just be a joke for the whole month. Check on him each week.

Before you start grinding

The Adopt Me values list tracks what your week 1 pets are worth in trades. Limited pets go trade-only once the event closes, so their numbers there are the ones to watch.

If you're new, the Adopt Me beginner guide explains needs and aging, which earn you Candy Corn on every pet. The Adopt Me hub covers the rest of the game.

Adopt Me priced last month's Ballet Swan (Robux) against the Fairytale Castle (Bucks), and the Jester Dragon follows the same pattern at a higher price.

FAQ

When does the Adopt Me Halloween 2026 event end?

October 31, 2026. It started October 3 during that day's Admin Abuse.

How do you get Candy Corn fast in Adopt Me?

Ghost Gallery in the Manor pays up to 5,000 per round, with rounds every 10 minutes. Do pet needs (200 each) while you wait for the next round. The 50 Robux gamepass adds 25% for the whole event.

How do you get the Mummy Spider?

Use Crypt Keys to open coffins in the Crypt near the Manor. Find the ladder coffin on each of the four levels, and you claim a Mummy Spider at the bottom. Then the Crypt resets and you can do it again.

How do you get Crypt Keys?

Three daily event tasks on the Task Board give one each, plus a bonus key for completing all three. Beating the Ghost Gallery boss gives one more. Keys can't be traded and disappear when the event ends.

How do you unlock the Jacobin Pigeon?

Collect 8 Crypt Twigs from Crypt coffins and place them to build the nest in the Hotel. Then you can buy the pigeon for 4,000 Candy Corn.

How much is the Jester Dragon?

1,000 Robux. It's a limited Legendary, so after the event it's trade-only.

What is the week 2 pet in Adopt Me Halloween 2026?

It isn't revealed yet. The event page lists a Legendary for week 2 that costs Candy Corn. The Halloween Slime Mega Neon Paint returns that week, on October 9, for 49 Robux.
