Roblox Weekly Roundup (April 6–12): Dark Fruit Rework, Easter Closures & Adopt Me Final Hours
The second full week of April delivered one of the bigger meta shifts of the year: Blox Fruits dropped a full Dark Fruit overhaul that's already moved trading prices +40%. Meanwhile, Easter events wrapped across multiple games, and Adopt Me Sugarfest is in its final hours. Here's everything that happened this week.
🔥 Blox Fruits: Dark Fruit Gets Full Rework (New Meta)
The biggest story of the week in Blox Fruits: Dark Fruit received a complete moveset overhaul in the April 2026 patch expansion. After years of being a utility-only fruit that struggled in PvP, Dark is now legitimately S-tier.
The key changes: Dark's slow, predictable shadow projectiles were replaced with homing mechanics that explode on impact. The new passive system scales with attack speed and critical strike chance, rewarding players who commit to a proper crit build with significantly higher DPS. The balance patch also adjusted Oni (+5% damage), Control (Z cooldown reduced), Buddha (hitbox -8%), and Dough (V damage -3%).
Trading value for Dark jumped +40% within 48 hours. If you own Dark, hold it — the hype wave isn't done yet.

🐰 Grow a Garden: Easter Event Ended April 11
The Grow a Garden Easter Event 2026 ran from April 4 to April 11. If you didn't farm your Choc Coins and pull from Golden Eggs before the shutdown, the event-exclusive content is now trade-only.
The week's biggest GaG story outside the event was the release of four in-depth mutation guides covering the complete mutation table, exact multiplier values, storm mutation farming, and Dragon Fruit ROI analysis. These are evergreen resources that will rank long after the Easter event is a memory.
For GaG players still active: the core game loop continues with the standard mutation/pet economy. No word yet on Season 5 timing, but Season 4's Season Pass is still running.

⏰ Adopt Me: Sugarfest Ends April 13 — Final Hours
Adopt Me's Sugar Festival 2026 closes tomorrow, April 13. The Choccybunny Box already closed earlier today (April 12 at 14:45 UTC), so if you missed it, the Dark Choccybunny is now trade-only.
What's still available until April 13: the Guinea Pig pets via Golden Lettuce activity (Tortoiseshell Guinea Pig is the rarest at 2.5% drop), the Candy Egg shop, and all Sugarfest cosmetics. Burn every Candy Egg and every Golden Lettuce before the clock runs out — they become worthless at event end.
Post-event value predictions: Dark Choccybunny and Tortoiseshell Guinea Pig are expected to rise significantly due to capped supply and low drop rates.

🥚 Blox Fruits Easter Event: Closes Today
The Blox Fruits Easter Event also wraps today, April 12. If you haven't completed the 24 egg hunt across the three seas, that window closes tonight. Remaining Candy Eggs should be spent in the Easter Shop before the deadline — unused currency expires.
The Easter event introduced the EASTEREXP code (2x EXP for 20 minutes) — if you haven't redeemed it yet, do it before it expires. See all current working codes at our Blox Fruits Codes page.
