Roblox Weekly Roundup: Grow a Garden Harvest Moon, Steal a Brainrot Update 60 (Summer Fuse Ends, Job Sahur Ritual Begins), Grow a Garden 2 Eclipse Bloom & Explorer Stand Unlock (July 28–August 3, 2026)
A monster week for Roblox. Grow a Garden replaced High Tide Harvest with the brand-new Harvest Moon Event on August 1, complete with a Moonbeam mutation, a Transcendent Moongrain Meadow Seed that first stocked today, and a 14-day Lunar Lantern team grind. Steal a Brainrot Update 60 discontinued the Summer Fuse and launched the Job Job Job Sahur ritual with two new Secret Brainrots (Yess my Resume and the 32.5M/s Noo my Resume). Grow a Garden 2 finally revealed its first Secret crop — the Eclipse Bloom, obtained only by merging Sun Bloom and Moon Bloom with a Trowel — plus a Mythic Firefly pet, Guild Brackets, Guild Chats, and the Explorer Stand NPC unlock on August 1. Full wiki-verified breakdowns of every drop below.

August 1 was the biggest patch day of 2026 so far. Three top games shipped majors on the same Saturday: Grow a Garden closed High Tide Harvest and opened Harvest Moon, Steal a Brainrot buried the Summer Fuse and launched a new ritual, and Grow a Garden 2 quietly turned on the Explorer Stand NPC that had sat idle since July 19. Layer in GAG2's mid-July Eclipse Bloom drop (the game's first-ever Secret crop) and Fisch's Crowbar rod, and this week has more coverage-worthy news than most months. Wiki-verified rundown below.
TL;DR — Every Drop From July 28 to August 3
- Grow a Garden — Harvest Moon Event (Aug 1): New event with a pedestal sacrifice mechanic (place 10 unfavorited fruits to summon a 10-minute Harvest Moon), a new Moonbeam mutation (50% roll during Harvest Moon), a new Moon Coin currency, a 4-pet Moon Egg pool ending at a 0.5% Moon Dragon, a 14-day Team Event ending at a Lunar Lantern Seed, and the Transcendent Moongrain Meadow Seed that first stocked in the main Seed Shop today at 0.14% odds.
- Steal a Brainrot — Update 60 (Aug 1): Summer Fuse discontinued. New Job Job Job Sahur ritual spawns a Job event with a Job Application trait. Two new Secret Brainrots: Yess my Resume ($2.1M/s, $562.5M cost, 99% ritual chance) and Noo my Resume ($32.5M/s, $4.2B cost).
- Grow a Garden 2 — Eclipse Bloom (July 12, Update 1.16.0): The game's first Secret crop. Not sold anywhere. Obtained by merging a fully-grown Sun Bloom and Moon Bloom with a Trowel. Triggers a 2-minute Eclipse weather when harvested, applying the new Eclipsed mutation.
- Grow a Garden 2 — Firefly Pet (July 12, Update 1.17.0): Mythic tier, $3,000,000 Sheckles, 0.6% spawn chance. Passive gives +1% plant size per equipped Firefly, capping at +50%. Big/Mega/Rainbow variants multiply the bonus.
- Grow a Garden 2 — Guild features (July 17–19): Guild Brackets (1.18.0), Explorer Stand NPC added (1.19.0), Guild Chats (1.20.0). Explorer Stand's mechanic finally turned on August 1.
- Fisch — Crowbar Rod (July 29): Stage 10 rod with 245% Luck, a 50% Contraband roll at 9.088x value, and a shopping-list quest hiding a Stage 10 grind wall.
Grow a Garden — Harvest Moon Event (August 1)
After thousands of hours in GAG, the format switch here is the story. Harvest Moon has no daily quest board, no submission timer, no 5-day countdown. It is a pedestal-driven event that rewards players who learn the loop.
Core loop: walk to the Moon Pedestals in the center of the map, place 10 unfavorited fruits, and the Harvest Moon triggers for 10 minutes. During that window, plants have a 50% chance to roll the new Moonbeam mutation. Sell Moonbeam-mutated fruit at the Moon Sell Stand for Moon Coins, which spend at the new Moon Event Shop.
Shop highlights: Moon Egg (50 MC / 8.33% restock), Moon Staff (25 MC / 20%, boosts future Moonbeam rolls), Fennel Seed (55 MC, Legendary), Astral Grape Seed (105 MC, Mythical), Vampire Squid (120 MC, Mythical). Skip the Moon Crate unless you complete cosmetics.
Moon Egg pool (4h hatch): Opossum 55%, Lunar Moth 35%, Night Horse 9.5% (applies Moonbeam between event cycles), Moon Dragon 0.5% Prismatic. 1-in-200 is a chase, not a plan.
Team Event: 14 days, 4 players, 7 stages, 25,000 team points for the exclusive Divine-tier Lunar Lantern Seed. Team Event only — no shop path.
Today's headline: the Moongrain Meadow Seed first stocked in the main Seed Shop at 11:45 AM EST on August 3. Transcendent tier, 0.14% restock chance, 2.5 trillion Sheckles / 1,599 Robux / 1,599 Trade Tokens. When planted, it mutates a nearby fruit with Moonbeam every 10 minutes — an always-on Moon Coin generator that does not need Harvest Moon weather to fire.
Event end date: TBD.

Steal a Brainrot — Update 60: Summer Fuse Discontinued, Job Sahur Ritual Live (August 1)
Update 60 dropped Saturday alongside the GAG Harvest Moon Event. It closed the Summer Fuse and pivoted the game into a brand-new ritual arc.
Summer Fuse discontinued. Per the wiki's Update 60 page, the Summer Fuse event is being retired — the mutation, its exclusive drops, and the associated Brainrot rotation are being wound down.
New Job Job Job Sahur ritual. This is the headline feature. Doing the ritual activates a Job event that applies a Job Application trait to spawned Brainrots. Two new Secret-rarity Brainrots can appear from the ritual:
| Brainrot | Income | Cost | Signifiers | Ritual Chance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Yess my Resume | $2.1M/s | $562.5M | RLB | 99% |
| Noo my Resume | $32.5M/s | $4.2B | LC, RLB, RB | Rare pull |
Wiki context per the individual Brainrot pages:
- Yess my Resume is the first Brainrot to hit the $2.1M/s income tier. It is a reskin of Yess my Examen (same stat block, new job-themed art). At a 99% ritual chance, this is effectively the "guaranteed" drop when the Job event fires.
- Noo my Resume shares the exact income and cost of Noo my Examen and Fragola La La La ($32.5M/s, $4.2B). Same stat family, new visual — a Bacon Hair avatar printed on a rejected resume.
- The Job Job Job Sahur Brainrot itself is not new (added August 15, 2025), but its ritual was newly added in Update 60 after being teased in an October 2025 Admin Abuse session. It also remains a Rebirth 17 requirement and a component in the Chicleteira Bicicleteira recipe.
Meta take: a 99%-drop Secret at $2.1M/s is a massive per-second unlock for mid-game accounts climbing to Rebirth 17. If you already have the $175M Job Sahur base Brainrot, the ritual is now a repeatable Yess my Resume farm.
Grow a Garden 2 — Eclipse Bloom, the First Secret Crop (July 12)
This one is 22 days old and has slipped past most coverage — including ours. It matters because Eclipse Bloom is the first Secret-rarity crop in Grow a Garden 2, and its obtainment mechanic is unlike anything else in the sequel.
How you get it: per the Eclipse Bloom wiki page, the seed is not sold anywhere. Instead, you merge a fully-grown Sun Bloom and a fully-grown Moon Bloom by using a Trowel. Once merged, both parent plants are consumed and the Eclipse Bloom appears. The merge fails if either plant is potted.
The parent-plant grind:
- Sun Bloom: Super tier, added July 12, 2026 in the same 1.16.0 update. Purchased from the Seed Shop for $110,000,000 Sheckles or 1,549 Robux with a 0.125% restock chance (1-in-800).
- Moon Bloom: Super tier, launch crop (June 12, 2026). $85,000,000 Sheckles or 1,499 Robux with a 0.35% restock chance. Also has a fun secondary trait — walking on its leaves lowers your gravity.
Eclipse Bloom's ability: harvesting the crop triggers the new Eclipse weather for 2 minutes. During Eclipse, other crops occasionally receive the new Eclipsed mutation — a fresh mutation added in the same 1.16.0 patch. So the Eclipse Bloom is functionally a personal weather-caller, not just a high-tier sell.
Reality check: Sun Bloom at 0.125% plus Moon Bloom at 0.35% means weeks of Seed Shop refresh watching plus a full grow cycle on each before you can attempt the merge. This is the deepest secret-tier gate the sequel has shipped so far.
Grow a Garden 2 — Firefly Pet, 0.6% Mythic Spawn (July 12)
The Firefly pet went live in Update 1.17.0 the same day Eclipse Bloom's parents dropped. Wiki-verified spec:
- Rarity: Mythic.
- Cost: $3,000,000 Sheckles.
- Spawn chance: 0.6% — spawns anywhere on the main map.
- Passive: "Flies around and makes everyone's newly planted crops bigger."
- Ability math: +1% plant size bonus per equipped Firefly, capped at +50%. Big variant doubles the bonus, Mega triples it, Rainbow multiplies by 1.25. A Mega Rainbow Firefly grants +3.75% plant size per equipped (x3.75 multiplier stack).
+50% total plant size is a significant sell-value multiplier on every harvest, and stacking Firefly variants is now the fastest way to hit that ceiling with fewer pet slots consumed. If you are running an income-focused garden, Firefly is a top-priority mythic pull.
Grow a Garden 2 — Guild Brackets, Guild Chats & Explorer Stand Unlock (July 17–August 1)
Grow a Garden 2 has been stealth-shipping quality-of-life updates all month. The three biggest, per the wiki's Update Log:
- Update 1.18.0 (July 17): Guild Brackets added to the Guilds system, with adjustments to Bloodmoon weather flashes and a fix for Venom Spitter's ability (its nighttime venom-spitting attack).
- Update 1.19.0 (July 19): Explorer Stand NPC added to the Marketplace. The NPC sat inert for weeks — its dialogue literally said "Talk to me again in [days until release]."
- Update 1.20.0 (July 19): Guild Chats added to Guilds. Owners and members can now communicate in-guild without leaving the interface.
The August 1 unlock: the Explorer Stand's mechanic finally activated on August 1, per the wiki page. What the Explorer actually does is not yet fully documented — the wiki has not been updated with the full function list post-unlock — but the NPC is now interactable with a real menu instead of the countdown placeholder.
Guild costs, for anyone still on the fence: creating a guild is 99 Robux (free to join if invited). Guilds start at 20-member capacity and can be upgraded in 5-slot increments up to 50 members total. Cumulative Robux cost to fully upgrade a guild to 50 slots is 1,472 Robux per the Guilds wiki page.
Fisch — Crowbar Rod, Doug's Quest & the 9.088x Contraband Passive (July 29)
The Crowbar rod dropped last Tuesday and it is the money-farming rod of the moment. Wiki-verified stat block: 245% Luck, 85% Lure Speed, 0.15 Control, 35% Resilience, Infinity max kg, +40% Progress Speed, +3 Disturbance. Three passives layered:
- Minigame smash: a Crowbar appears and hits the fishing bar for two 5% shots and one 15% shot — up to 25% of the bar free before you press a button.
- 10% Counterfeit mutation roll at 8x value on every catch.
- 50% Contraband mutation roll at 9.088x value on every catch.
The Doug's Quest trap: Doug is at The Laboratory oil rig off Roslit Bay. His shopping list looks easy — 1 Mythical Glass Diamond returned, 1 Opal, 1 Ruby, 3 Amethyst delivered, and 2 Gravitas Scrap Metal returned. The Gravitas Scrap Metal alone requires the Stage 10 Olympian Godbreaker to farm, which is why Crowbar is classified as a Stage 10 rod despite the quest description sounding beginner-friendly.
Full breakdown: Fisch Crowbar Rod Guide.
What to Watch Next Week
- GAG Harvest Moon Event Part 2. Every prior GAG event has landed a Part 2 in week two — expect Team Event expansion, more shop items, and the Moonbeam Sheckle multiplier finally being catalogued.
- GAG2 Explorer Stand mechanics. Unlocked August 1 but the wiki has not documented the post-unlock function. Watch for the update.
- SaB Update 61. With Summer Fuse buried and Job Sahur established, next is a candidate for a full new event pillar. SaB ships every 7–10 days.
- More GAG2 merge-secret crops. Eclipse Bloom sets the Trowel-merge template — a follow-up Secret via the same mechanic is likely.
FAQ
What is the biggest news in Roblox this week?

Yes. Per the Update 60 wiki page, Summer Fuse is discontinued.
