Grow a Garden Harvest Moon Event Part 3 Launch Guide: Wheat Crow, Harvest Golem, Starry Strawberry, Wheatcap, Harvest Melon & 4 Brand-New Pet Mutations Wiki-Confirmed for August 15 (Preview, August 14, 2026)
Grow a Garden's Harvest Moon Event Part 3 drops on August 15, 2026, and the wiki has now filled in every stat block, crafting recipe, and unlock gate. Two new pets are craftable at the Moon Crafting station — Wheat Crow (Rare, 1,500 hunger, Wheat Flock ability, unlocked after 3 Harvest Moon summons) and Harvest Golem (Mythical, 275,000 hunger, Harvest Smash ability, unlocked after 9 summons). Three new seeds join them: Starry Strawberry (Uncommon, multi-harvest, no gate), Wheatcap (Legendary single-harvest, 6-summon gate) and Harvest Melon (Divine multi-harvest, 12-summon gate). The Moon Machine gets a full drop table too — feed a level 50+ pet in and roll 47.5% Bountiful, 35% Threshing, 15% Lunarbound or 2.5% Starry, with costs from 50 Moon Coins (Common) up to 2,000 Moon Coins (Prismatic) and durations from 5 minutes to 6 hours. This is the launch-eve prep guide: how many summons you actually need to unlock every craftable, what to farm tonight so the 12-summon Harvest Melon gate does not stall you, the honest read on which pet mutation is worth chasing (Starry x80 pet-value is the ceiling but 2.5% is 2.5%), and why the Robux skip prices — 299 to skip a summon, 39 to skip a craft, up to 199 to skip a mutation cycle — are structured to punish players who did not pre-farm. As someone with thousands of hours in the original Grow a Garden, this is what to do with your fruits, Moon Coins and level-50 pets in the hours before Part 3 lands.

Grow a Garden’s Harvest Moon Event Part 3 lands on August 15, 2026 — and this is the first Part 3 in the event’s history where the entire craft tree is gated behind Harvest Moon summons. The wiki now lists date_added = August 15, 2026 on every new item, and the Moon Crafting recipes have hard unlock gates in place: 3 summons for Wheat Crow, 6 for Wheatcap, 9 for Harvest Golem, and 12 for the Divine-tier Harvest Melon. If you have not been summoning during Part 1 and Part 2, tomorrow you are 12 summons behind the curve — and each summon costs either 10 unfavorited fruits or 299 Robux to skip. That is the entire economic hook of Part 3.
As someone who has spent thousands of hours in the original Grow a Garden, I have seen this pattern before: Splitting Point 1 released the Chocolate Sprinkler behind a similar activation gate, and the servers cleared it in a weekend once players realised the ceiling reward (the Mythical pet, always) was worth the grind. Harvest Golem at 275,000 hunger and Harvest Melon at Divine tier both hit that same ceiling. This preview is the exact prep list — what to hoard tonight, which recipe ingredients to pre-farm, and where the Robux skips are actually worth it.
TL;DR — Every Number That Matters
- Part 3 release date: August 15, 2026 (wiki-confirmed via date_added on every new page).
- Two new pets, both craftable at the Moon Crafting station: Wheat Crow (Rare, 1,500 hunger, Wheat Flock ability) and Harvest Golem (Mythical, 275,000 hunger, Harvest Smash ability).
- Three new seeds, all craftable: Starry Strawberry (Uncommon, multi-harvest), Wheatcap (Legendary, single-harvest), Harvest Melon (Divine, multi-harvest).
- Craft unlock gates: Starry Strawberry — none. Wheat Crow — 3 summons. Wheatcap — 6 summons. Harvest Golem — 9 summons. Harvest Melon — 12 summons.
- Craft times: Starry Strawberry 10min, Moonbeam Radar 15min, Wheat Crow 15min, Wheatcap 20min, Harvest Golem 1h 30min, Harvest Melon 2h. Skip cost: 39 Robux per craft.
- Moon Machine mutation odds: Bountiful 47.5%, Threshing 35%, Lunarbound 15%, Starry 2.5%. Input: any level 50+ pet.
- Moon Machine cost by rarity: Common 50 Moon Coins / 29 Robux → Uncommon 100 / 29 → Rare 200 / 99 → Legendary 400 / 99 → Mythical 800 / 99 → Divine 1,500 / 199 → Prismatic 2,000 / 199.
- Moon Machine mutation duration: Common 5min → Prismatic 6h. Yes, mutations are timed. Plan the roll.
- Pet mutation values: Bountiful x20, Threshing x30, Lunarbound x50, Starry x80 (base-value multipliers per the wiki).
- Summon cost: 10 unfavorited fruits placed on pedestals, or 299 Robux to skip. 10-minute duration, 10-minute cooldown.
- Also shipping: Harvest Moon Statue cosmetic, Harvest Moon Fence skin, and a new Garden Ascension upgrade (Pet Inventory Capacity Deluxe).
- Active GAG codes on August 14: torigate (Whispering Torii), BEANORLEAVE10 (Green Bean Chamber), RDCAward (RDC Award). Verified against the wiki this morning. Full list on our Grow a Garden codes page.
The Summon Gate — Why 12 Harvest Moons Is the Whole Update
Here is the thing veteran players are already noticing on the wiki: every meaningful Part 3 unlock is behind a summon gate. Not a Moon Coin gate, not a Robux paywall — a summon count. The mechanic is straightforward and has not changed since Part 1: walk to the Moon Pedestals in the center of the event island, place 10 fruits on the pedestals (favorited fruits do not count), and the Harvest Moon spawns for 10 minutes. Cooldown is another 10 minutes. Rinse, repeat.
The Part 3 recipes stack on top of that summon counter and read like this:
- Starry Strawberry Seed — no gate. You can craft this the moment Part 3 goes live.
- Wheat Crow — requires 3 Harvest Moon summons.
- Wheatcap Seed — requires 6 Harvest Moon summons.
- Harvest Golem — requires 9 Harvest Moon summons.
- Harvest Melon Seed — requires 12 Harvest Moon summons.
Do the math. Twelve summons at 10 minutes each with a 10-minute cooldown is 3 hours 50 minutes of pure summon time at best (11 cooldowns between 12 summons, plus the final 10-minute duration). And that is only if you already have 120 unfavorited pedestal-eligible fruits sitting in inventory the moment Part 3 lands. If you do not, you are also farming the 120 fruits between summons.
Skipping the whole summon queue with Robux costs 299 per summon, which is roughly $3.75 USD per skip at standard Robux conversion. Twelve full skips is 3,588 Robux — about $45 — just to reach the Harvest Melon unlock. That number is why the wiki gate matters: tonight is when you either pre-farm your fruits or accept the Robux tax tomorrow.
Wheat Crow — The Rare Growth Pet
Wheat Crow is the first of two new pets. Per the Wheat Crow wiki page:
- Rarity: Rare.
- Hunger: 1,500.
- Passive ability — Wheat Flock: “Occasionally some random plants will advance growth for every Wheat Crow in your garden.”
- Obtain method: Moon Crafting (see recipe table below).
- Unlock gate: Summon Harvest Moon 3 times.
The read: this is a growth-stacking pet, and the ability line explicitly scales for every Wheat Crow in your garden. That is the kind of wording that historically rewards stacking — if you can craft two or three, you compound the growth advance. At 1,500 hunger and Rare rarity, this pet is realistically an every-account craft, not a chase.
Harvest Golem — The Mythical Auto-Harvester
Harvest Golem is the ceiling craftable of Part 3, and it is the one most GAG veterans will actually chase. From the Harvest Golem wiki page:
- Rarity: Mythical.
- Hunger: 275,000. That is the highest-hunger new pet in the event.
- Passive ability — Harvest Smash: “Occasionally smashes an area near a random plant. Within that area, all plants grow an additional amount and all fruits get collected. Each fruit has a chance to stay on the plant!”
- Obtain method: Moon Crafting.
- Unlock gate: Summon Harvest Moon 9 times.
- Craft time: 1 hour 30 minutes.
Two things worth reading closely here. First, “all fruits get collected” is an auto-harvest — this is the first Mythical event pet in recent memory that harvests for you inside its area of effect. Second, “each fruit has a chance to stay on the plant” means the collected fruits do not automatically remove from your harvest counters. Read it a third time and the pet is doing two things at once: harvesting the area and (probabilistically) leaving the harvested fruits behind for you to re-collect. For multi-harvest crops on a big plot, that is a lot of implied throughput. I am reserving final judgment until players report actual chance percentages tomorrow, but the wording is generous.
Starry Strawberry, Wheatcap & Harvest Melon — The Three New Seeds
Three new craftable seeds land with Part 3. Two are multi-harvest, one is single-harvest, and only one has zero unlock friction.
| Seed | Rarity | Multi-Harvest? | Summon Gate | Craft Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starry Strawberry | Uncommon | Yes | None | 10 minutes |
| Wheatcap | Legendary | No (single-harvest) | 6 summons | 20 minutes |
| Harvest Melon | Divine | Yes | 12 summons | 2 hours |
Sell values are TBA on all three per the wiki. Do not trust any “insider” leak on Sheckle values — the wiki tabulates those from real player testing, and testing does not begin until the update goes live.
The strategic read:
- Starry Strawberry is the tutorial craft. Recipe is trivial (2x Strawberry Seed + 1x Lunar Lily Produce + 3 Moon Coins), no summon gate, 10-minute craft. This is what you make first so the game unlocks the crafting UI properly.
- Wheatcap is the “single-harvest chase”. Legendary + single-harvest is a specific archetype in GAG: high per-fruit value, one pop, done. If you are chasing raw Sheckle output rather than pet feeding, this is often the better crop.
- Harvest Melon is the endgame craft. Divine, multi-harvest, 12-summon gate, 2-hour craft, and a recipe that eats a Moon Chest (see below). This is what you build toward — probably not today, probably not tomorrow, but by the end of the week.
The Full Moon Crafting Recipe Table
All recipes below are pulled straight from the Harvest Moon Event wiki page. Robux skip costs marked TBA are literally TBA on the wiki — do not trust anyone telling you a specific number before Part 3 goes live. The 39 Robux to skip craft time is confirmed and applies to every recipe.
| Item | Recipe | Craft Time | Requirement | Robux Skip (Buy Outright) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starry Strawberry Seed | 2x Strawberry Seed + 1x Lunar Lily Produce + 3 Moon Coins | 10 min | None | TBA |
| Moonbeam Radar | 1x Cleaning Spray + 1x Starry Strawberry Produce + 1x Crescent Reed Produce + 5 Moon Coins | 15 min | None | 199 Robux |
| Wheat Crow | 1x Rare Egg + 1x Mango Produce + 2x Daffodil Seeds + 20 Moon Coins | 15 min | 3 summons | TBA |
| Wheatcap Seed | 1x Mushroom Seed + 1x Mushroom Produce + 1x Bamboo Produce + 1x Fennel Produce + 30 Moon Coins | 20 min | 6 summons | TBA |
| Harvest Golem | 1x Moon Egg + 1x Mythical Egg + 1x Burning Bud Seed + 1x Romanesco Seed + 70 Moon Coins | 1h 30min | 9 summons | TBA |
| Harvest Melon Seed | 1x Watermelon Seed + 1x Fennel Seed + 1x Crimson Thorn Seed + 1x Moon Chest + 120 Moon Coins | 2h | 12 summons | TBA |
Recipe reads to flag before Part 3 goes live:
- Harvest Golem needs a Mythical Egg AND a Moon Egg. Mythical Eggs are not casual pulls. If you do not have one banked, that alone might cost you 24+ hours regardless of your summon count.
- Harvest Melon needs a Moon Chest. Moon Chests roll out of the Moon Event Shop at rare stock chance — if you do not have one, add it to tonight’s prep list.
- Wheatcap needs Fennel Produce. Fennel is a Legendary shop crop at 55 Moon Coins per seed with an 8.33% stock chance. Also worth pre-buying tonight.
- Wheat Crow needs Daffodils and a Rare Egg. Both are cheap and abundant. This is the easiest craft after Starry Strawberry.
The Moon Machine — Full Pet-Mutation Drop Table, Costs & Durations
The Moon Machine (called Moon Mutation Machine on some wiki pages, same object) is the second big Part 3 mechanic. You feed it a level 50+ pet and it applies one of four new pet mutations for a timed duration.
Drop table — wiki-confirmed:
| Mutation | Chance |
|---|---|
| Bountiful | 47.5% |
| Threshing | 35% |
| Lunarbound | 15% |
| Starry | 2.5% |
Cost by pet rarity:
| Pet Rarity | Moon Coins | Robux Skip |
|---|---|---|
| Common | 50 | 29 |
| Uncommon | 100 | 29 |
| Rare | 200 | 99 |
| Legendary | 400 | 99 |
| Mythical | 800 | 99 |
| Divine | 1,500 | 199 |
| Prismatic | 2,000 | 199 |
Duration by pet rarity:
| Pet Rarity | Mutation Duration |
|---|---|
| Common | 5 minutes |
| Uncommon | 15 minutes |
| Rare | 30 minutes |
| Legendary | 1 hour |
| Mythical | 2 hours |
| Divine | 4 hours |
| Prismatic | 6 hours |
The two things that matter most here: mutations are timed, and the timer scales with pet rarity. A Common pet with a Starry roll (2.5% chance) only holds Starry for 5 minutes before it expires. That means Starry is only meaningfully worth chasing on higher-rarity pets where the duration justifies the roll cost.
The Four New Pet Mutations — Values & What They Actually Do
All four mutations are wiki-confirmed on the Pet Mutations page. I am quoting the ability lines verbatim so you can verify.
Bountiful — 47.5% roll, base-value x20
“Medium increase to XP. Grants a 5-10% chance for Night-type fruits to duplicate when collected!”
Numeric read from the wiki: +15% XP, 5-10% duplication chance on Night-type fruits. This is the “always rolls” mutation — nearly half of every spin lands here. The Night-type duplication scaling matters most if your build is already leaning into Night crops from the previous event parts.
Threshing — 35% roll, base-value x30
“Medium increase to passive. Grants a 6-12% chance not to consume a Reclaimer or Harvest Tool!”
Numeric read: +15% passive boost, 6-12% tool preservation. This one is a Reclaimer-economy play — if you burn through Reclaimers or Harvest Tools weekly, a Threshing pet stapled to your best passive earner is a real quality-of-life win.
Lunarbound — 15% roll, base-value x50
“Big increase to XP and size! Fruits collected have a 2.5-5% chance to get the Moonbound mutation when collected!”
Numeric read: +20% XP, 130% size, and every fruit collected has a 2.5-5% chance to be Moonbound at collection. Moonbound is the crop mutation the base Harvest Moon Event added — it is a top-tier fruit-value modifier, so Lunarbound stacks with your existing Moonbeam farming loop. This is the mutation I would personally chase on a Legendary+ pet: 15% chance is grindable, x50 base-value is real, and the ability compounds with the event’s core loop.
Starry — 2.5% roll, base-value x80
“BIGGER boost to passive and XP. Every 4:00-2:00m, advances the cooldown of a random pet ability by 20-40s for every pet in your garden that has the Starry pet mutation!”
Numeric read: +25% passive, +25% XP, and every 2-4 minutes it advances a random pet ability’s cooldown by 20-40 seconds per Starry pet. That last clause is important — Starry stacks with itself. Two Starry pets means two cooldown-advance procs per cycle. The value ceiling (x80) is the highest of any Harvest Moon mutation, but the 2.5% roll is 1-in-40. On a Divine pet at 1,500 Moon Coins per spin, average expected cost to a Starry roll is 60,000 Moon Coins. That is not a casual chase.
Prep Checklist — What To Do Tonight Before Part 3 Drops
Here is what I am doing on my own farm tonight. Every item on this list is designed to remove tomorrow’s friction.
- Hoard 120+ unfavorited pedestal-eligible fruits. That is 12 summons’ worth. Pedestal-eligible fruits per the wiki: Strawberry, Blueberry, Tomato, Corn, Watermelon, Apple, Pumpkin, Bamboo, Coconut, Cactus, Dragon Fruit, Mango. Un-favorite any that are locked.
- Bank a Rare Egg for Wheat Crow. Trivial to get, but easy to overlook.
- Bank a Mythical Egg and a Moon Egg for Harvest Golem. This is the single biggest gate. Moon Eggs cycle through the Moon Shop at 8.33% stock chance for 50 Moon Coins each — if you do not have one, buy from the shop as soon as it rotates.
- Bank a Moon Chest for Harvest Melon. Same shop, ~16.67% stock chance rare rotation.
- Buy 1x Fennel Seed for Wheatcap. Legendary crop, 55 Moon Coins, 8.33% stock chance. Do not wait until tomorrow’s shop reset.
- Stack Moon Coins. You need at minimum 3 + 20 + 30 + 70 + 120 = 243 Moon Coins just for the craft ingredients (plus whatever you spend on Moon Machine rolls). Sell any moonbeam-mutated fruits sitting in inventory at the Moon Sell Stand tonight.
- Level a pet to 50. The Moon Machine only accepts level 50+ pets. If your best pet is level 40, tonight is the night you close that gap.
- Pre-buy Burning Bud and Romanesco seeds. Both are Harvest Golem recipe ingredients and both live outside the Moon Shop rotation — regular seed shop, so easier to grab now than mid-craft.
The Robux Skips — Where They Actually Pay Off
Grow a Garden has never been shy about optional Robux skips, and Part 3 layers more of them than any prior event part. Here is the honest breakdown of which are worth it and which are not.
- 299 Robux to skip a Harvest Moon summon — SKIP for the flex, pay for time. If you have limited play time and want Harvest Melon this weekend, buying 6-12 summons is the fast lane. If you are patient, you save $45 by farming your own fruits.
- 39 Robux to skip a craft — WORTH IT for Harvest Golem and Harvest Melon. 1h 30min and 2h are real blockers. For 78 Robux (about $1) you skip both. On the smaller 10-15 minute crafts, do not bother.
- 29-199 Robux to skip a Moon Machine cycle — NOT worth it in isolation. The cycle costs Moon Coins, not time. Robux does not improve the drop odds, it just skips the animation. Only use if you are physically leaving the game.
- 199 Robux to buy Moonbeam Radar outright — DEPENDS on your Cleaning Spray inventory. The Moonbeam Radar recipe eats a Cleaning Spray. If you have one, craft it. If not, buying is fine.
Combined worst-case Robux spend to get every Part 3 unlock the fastest way possible: 3,588 (12 summon skips) + 234 (all 6 craft skips) = 3,822 Robux, roughly $48 USD. That is the ceiling. The floor is $0 and about a week of active play. Pick your point on that curve.
Cosmetics, Fence Skin & Garden Ascension Bonus
Part 3 also ships three quieter drops that are easy to overlook in the shop noise:
- Harvest Moon Statue — achievement statue cosmetic. Rewarded via the new mini-achievements the update layers on top of the base Harvest Moon achievements.
- Harvest Moon Fence — new fence skin. As of August 14, the wiki has flagged Lifebuoy Fence as no longer obtainable in the same edit window, so the fence skin economy is actively rotating.
- Pet Inventory Capacity Deluxe — a new Garden Ascension shop upgrade. If you have been capping out your pet inventory (and most GAG veterans have), this one is a permanent quality-of-life win worth grabbing early.
Codes Check — What Actually Works on August 14
I re-verified every Grow a Garden code against the official Grow a Garden Codes wiki page this morning. The active list is unchanged from July: three codes work, one is expired.
- torigate — 1x Whispering Torii cosmetic. Still active.
- BEANORLEAVE10 — 1x Green Bean Chamber cosmetic. Still active.
- RDCAward — 1x RDC Award cosmetic. Still active.
- LUNARGLOW10 — EXPIRED. Do not spam it hoping. Wiki lists it in the Expired Codes table.
Redeem codes by hovering over Settings and scrolling down to the codes section. Full up-to-date list on our Grow a Garden codes page, and if a TikTok tomorrow promises a “secret Harvest Moon Part 3 code” on launch day, do not click. The wiki gets edited within hours of new codes and there is no such entry as of tonight.
FAQ
What day does Grow a Garden Harvest Moon Part 3 release?
August 15, 2026. The wiki has date_added = August 15, 2026 stamped on every new item page (Wheat Crow, Harvest Golem, Starry Strawberry, Wheatcap, Harvest Melon), and the Harvest Moon Event wiki page has a new Part 3 section spoiler-flagged for the same date.
What is the fastest way to unlock the Harvest Melon?
Summon the Harvest Moon 12 times. There is no shortcut around the summon count — the recipe requirement is a hard gate. The fastest legal path is to pre-farm 120 pedestal-eligible fruits tonight and start summoning the moment Part 3 goes live. Alternatively, 12 summon skips at 299 Robux each = 3,588 Robux total.
Which pet mutation is best?
By raw base-value multiplier, Starry (x80) is the ceiling — but at only 2.5% roll chance, it is a lottery. For grinders, Lunarbound is the honest pick: 15% chance, x50 value, and it compounds with the Harvest Moon Event’s existing Moonbeam farming loop by adding a 2.5-5% Moonbound-per-collection chance. Bountiful is the “every roll” consolation prize.
How much do Moon Machine rolls cost?
Depends on your pet’s rarity. Common costs 50 Moon Coins (or 29 Robux to skip). Prismatic costs 2,000 Moon Coins (or 199 Robux). Full table above — and remember the mutation is timed, so a Common pet only holds its rolled mutation for 5 minutes before it expires.
Do the new pet mutations stack?
The Starry mutation explicitly stacks with itself — the wiki ability line reads “for every pet in your garden that has the Starry pet mutation”, meaning two Starry pets means two cooldown-advance procs per cycle. The other three mutations do not have per-pet-stack language in their ability lines, though passive/XP buffs from multiple pets always stack additively across your active pet slots as usual.
What is Wheat Crow’s Wheat Flock ability?
Straight from the wiki: “Occasionally some random plants will advance growth for every Wheat Crow in your garden.” It is a growth-stacking passive that scales with the number of Wheat Crows you have equipped. Rare-tier pet, 1,500 hunger, obtained by Moon Crafting after 3 Harvest Moon summons.
What is Harvest Golem’s Harvest Smash ability?
Wiki text: “Occasionally smashes an area near a random plant. Within that area, all plants grow an additional amount and all fruits get collected. Each fruit has a chance to stay on the plant!” Mythical-tier, 275,000 hunger, unlocked after 9 summons. The auto-collect plus stay-chance combo is the strongest read in the Part 3 pet drop.
Are there any working Grow a Garden codes right now?
Three: torigate (Whispering Torii cosmetic), BEANORLEAVE10 (Green Bean Chamber cosmetic) and RDCAward (RDC Award cosmetic). All wiki-verified active on August 14. LUNARGLOW10 is EXPIRED. Full list on our codes page.

Steal a Brainrot Update 61 launched on August 8, 2026, and the wiki has now filled in every number our launch-week preview did not have. The Bee Shop is live with five Secret brainrots — Conetto Morsetto (10M/s, 20 Honey / 499 Robux), Honey Honey Bear (32M/s, 40 Honey / 999 Robux), Queen Bee (65M/s, 100 Honey / 2,499 Robux), S'more Serat (85M/s, 200 Honey / 4,999 Robux) and Bumbatron (172.5M/s, 400 Honey / 9,999 Robux). The RNG Machine has replaced Los Traders with a 28-brainrot rotating pool that runs from Bandito Axolito to La Breakfast Combinasion at 165M/s. Update 61 also shipped Tic Tic Ribbit (Mythic 18.7K/s), Quackalena (Brainrot God 265K/s) and Gelatina Volatina (Secret 2.4M/s) alongside three brand-new bee traits — Ice Bee, Fire Bee, and the one-per-server Queen Bee trait. Blox Fruits Balance Patch 001: Every Buff, Every Nerf, and the New PvP Meta After the Largest Balance Update Ever (August 11, 2026)
The 2026 Summer Balance Update landed on August 6 and it is officially the largest single balance patch in Blox Fruits history — 39 targets touched across Fruits, Fighting Styles, Swords, Guns, Races, and core Instinct mechanics. Empyrean Kitsune and normal Kitsune both got hit with matching nerfs (Z tap no longer breaks Instinct, X channels on hit). Dark, Dough, Spider, Ghost, Werewolf, Tiger, Sand, Ice, Flame, Fiend, Yeti and Quake all got buffed — some of them massively. Ghost summoned allies can now mirror sword abilities. Pain Last Stand was completely redesigned. Sharkman Karate C now grants temporary health. Instinct dodges regenerate 25 percent faster. Venom Bow got its 1-second Instinct-immune stun. Gun M1s got Aim Assist. This is the full patch-note breakdown, cited straight to the developers own Balance Log, plus the honest post-patch meta read — what to level right now, what to shelve, and where the tier list is actually about to move.
