The wiki's Update Log now names Update 66's headline feature. Six days ago it read "??" in the Main Features column. Today it reads Craft Machine Return, with a Roblox event link and September 12, 2026 pinned as the release date. SpyderSammy promised this back on April 11, and after a five-month detour through the Cyber Craft Machine, the Summer Fuse, and the RNG Machine, the OG pink machine is back.
What we do not yet know is which brainrots it will craft. The wiki's Craft Machine page lists the 2025 roster at 32 brainrots and the 2026 roster at "???". Sammy's public phrasing has been "just like the Fuse Machine but with different Brainrots" — so the mechanic returns, the recipes probably do not.
What the Wiki Says Today
Straight from the Update Log's Future Updates section:
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Version | Update 66 |
| Release Date | September 12, 2026 (Saturday) |
| Main Features | Craft Machine Return |
| Roblox Event Link | roblox.com/events/5978814437560287857 |
| Update Page Content | Empty stub (page created September 5, no body yet) |
The Craft Machine page itself now carries the "Coming Back In-Game" status for the 2026 branch of its chronology block, and lists the RNG Machine as the machine it will replace. Overnight, this line went into the trivia section:
In Update 66, the OG Craft Machine is returning to the game. Just like the Fuse Machine but with different Brainrots.
"Just like the Fuse Machine" is the key phrase. Burn brainrots to roll for a new brainrot on a fixed recipe. That mechanic template does not really change from machine to machine — what changes is the recipe list, and this time the list is not published yet.
The Five-Month Wait — Poll to Return
Sammy floated the "which machine comes next" question on Taco Tuesday, April 7. The wiki's Craft Machine trivia captures the vote:
Over 2 million people voted the Craft Machine while only 1 million people voted another Fuse Machine, confirming its return.
Four days later, on the April 11 Admin Abuse, Sammy said the returning machine "will be this Saturday." What actually landed on April 18 was the Cyber Craft Machine, a variant themed on the Cyber mutation. Nineteen brainrots, four of which were re-introductions from the 2025 OG Craft roster (Bandito Axolito, Los Noobinis, Orcalita Orcala, Squalanana) with new recipes. A lot of players read that as the OG's return, and then it went away when the Summer Fuse replaced it.
Five months later, the OG is actually the OG. Cyber Craft was a variant, not the promise fulfilled. Today's machine is the pink one from Update 15 — same craft pad, same satellite that fires a ray onto the pad, same rack of buttons and levers.
What the OG Craft Machine Was
From the Craft Machine wiki page, the 2025 version:
- Added in the Update 15 Crafting Update, replacing the Fuse Machine.
- 32 craftable brainrots at its removal.
- Removed October 11, 2025 at 3 PM EST, replaced by the Witch Fuse.
- Visual: "a light purple machine with cables, yellow, red, and white buttons on the front of it, a lever, and a satellite above where it will fire a ray onto the craft pad where the chosen brainrot you crafted will appear and go to your base."
The 32 brainrots ran from Epic tier (Malame Amarele, Mangolini Parrocini) up through Secret tier (Los Bros, Los Primos, Los Tacoritas, Tralaledon, Celularcini Viciosini, Las Sis, La Sahur Combinasion). Four of the mid-tier ones got promoted to Secret rarity months after the machine was retired — Tirilikalika Tirilikalako, Antonio, Elefanto Frigo, and Signore Carapace — because their recipes required Fuse Machine ingredients that were no longer obtainable once the Fuse Machine went away. Which brings us to the biggest lesson from the 2025 machine.
The Four Brainrots Already Back — Cyber Craft as Rehearsal
Cyber Craft on April 18 re-introduced four brainrots from the 2025 OG roster with fresh recipes:
| Brainrot | OG Craft rarity (2025) | Rarity after Cyber Craft rework |
|---|---|---|
| Bandito Axolito | Epic New | Legendary |
| Los Noobinis | Mythic | Mythic |
| Orcalita Orcala | Brainrot God | Brainrot God |
| Squalanana | Brainrot God | Brainrot God |
None of those four should be expected to return again in the OG. The other 28 — the ones that never made it into Cyber Craft — are the ones still off the table. If Sammy sticks to "different Brainrots," expect the new roster to be a fresh mix rather than the leftover 28. If he does not, expect those 28 to be the pool.
Why the Old Recipes Are Still Worth Reading
The single biggest lesson from the 2025 Craft Machine is buried in the wiki's trivia section:
Some of the Craft Machine brainrots have Fuse Machine brainrots as its material, and those brainrots who used fuse machine brainrots, only had one singular recipe, which made the Fuse Machine brainrots used as material impossible to get after Fuse Machine's removal, and made the aforementioned Brainrots impossible to craft.
This is what forced the promotion of Tirilikalika, Antonio, Elefanto Frigo, and Signore Carapace to Secret rarity four months later, with 100M+/s income boosts to match. Tirilikalika went from 450/s to 42.5M/s. Signore Carapace from 1.3K/s to 275M/s. The compensation was necessary because the crafting route died overnight when the Fuse Machine did.
The practical read for today: whatever recipe list drops, take note of any recipe that requires a brainrot only obtainable from a currently-active machine (the RNG Machine roster in particular, since the Craft Machine chronology block lists RNG as the machine it replaces). Those are the recipes most likely to become unfarmable within a month or two — and, if the pattern holds, the brainrots you craft from them today are the ones that get retroactively promoted to Secret with a big income boost when the ingredient supply dries up.
Your Saturday Plan
Three things worth doing before the update lands:
- Clear inventory space. If the recipe list is anywhere near the 2025 version's, you will want room for multi-brainrot crafting stacks. The 32 brainrots in the 2025 roster averaged just under four ingredients per recipe.
- Cash reserve. The 2025 machine's cheapest recipes were negative-profit at initial income (Bandito Axolito's profit was -10/s at 90/s pre-buff). Rolling for a target brainrot in the first hour after a machine drops is expensive — even more so on new brainrots before their income gets balanced upward. Have your $/s stockpile ready to eat a few days of underwater production.
- Save your Money Money Puggies and 1-of-1s in place. Update 65's Money Money Puggy Ritual is still live; nothing in Update 66's preview suggests it changes, but a machine release week is a poor moment to burn expensive Secrets on an unrelated ritual. Sit tight until the Craft Machine recipe list publishes, then decide.
What We Do Not Know
Four questions the wiki does not answer yet:
- The 2026 brainrot roster. Craft Machine page says "???" for the 2026 count. Anywhere from five to thirty-plus is plausible; the 2025 version accumulated its 32 across months of additions, not day one.
- Exact drop time. Updates 63, 64, and 65 all released on their announced Saturdays in the mid-to-late US afternoon window. No confirmed hour on the wiki, no timestamped Discord post yet.
- Whether recipes reuse existing brainrots or introduce brand-new ones as ingredients. Cyber Craft went the "existing brainrots as ingredients" route for its four re-introductions. The OG's 2025 recipes did the same for most brainrots and used Fuse-exclusive ingredients for the four that later got promoted.
- Whether the RNG Machine goes away or coexists. The Craft Machine page's chronology block shows RNG Machine as the "previous machine" for the 2026 branch, suggesting a straight swap. Coexistence has happened before, but the wording here points toward replacement.
Expect wiki-visible answers within an hour or two of the update dropping. The Update 66 detail page is a stub right now; historically the community fills those in fast once a machine goes live.
FAQ
Is the Craft Machine returning permanently or as a limited-time cycle?
The wiki does not say. The Cyber Craft ran for a limited window before the Summer Fuse replaced it in the current rotation, so a limited window is plausible here too. Nothing about "limited time" is on the 2026 branch of the Craft Machine page, but the SaB Admin Abuse pattern has been rotate-out at roughly the four-to-six-week mark for each machine variant.
Do I need to save any specific brainrots before Update 66 drops?
Not that we can confirm. The recipe list is unpublished; hoarding blind risks locking common brainrots that turn out to be useless as ingredients. Best play is inventory space and cash, not stockpiling.
Will the four brainrots already returned via Cyber Craft come back again?
Unlikely. Bandito Axolito, Los Noobinis, Orcalita Orcala, and Squalanana all cycled through the Cyber Craft Machine on April 18, 2026, and Bandito Axolito got a permanent rarity bump at that time. A second reintroduction of the same brainrots would be redundant with the existing supply.
What happens to the RNG Machine when Update 66 launches?
The Craft Machine page's chronology block lists RNG Machine as the "previous machine" for the 2026 branch, which implies a straight swap. The wiki has not spelled it out yet — check the RNG Machine page after the update goes live.
When will the exact drop time be known?
SpyderSammy usually announces the exact release hour in the SaB Discord within an hour or two of the drop. The Roblox event ID (5978814437560287857) will start its own countdown once the release schedule is set inside the Roblox events system.
Do any active codes drop with a machine update?
Codes in SaB are almost always limited-stock and tied to Admin Abuses rather than machine releases specifically. The only currently-active shared code is BESTBRAINROTEVER for La Vacca Saturno Saturnita. Watch the Steal a Brainrot codes hub for anything that drops with the update.
