Sailor Piece Guilds Guide (Sea 2)
Guilds launched with the Sea 2 Update (April 19, 2026) and live on Punch Island in Sea 2. Creating one takes Level 10,000 and a Guild Key; guild upgrades grant shared bonuses — Damage, HP, Luck, Crit, and member capacity — to every member.
Sailor Piece guilds launched with the Sea 2 Update on April 19, 2026. Creating a guild requires level 10,000 and one Guild Key, consumed at the Guild NPC on Punch Island. Guild Points from playtime and NPC/boss kills buy upgrades — shared Damage, HP, Luck, and Crit bonuses plus member capacity — for the whole roster. Joining an existing guild is free at the same NPC: public guilds are instant, private guilds need the owner's approval.
TL;DR — Guilds Quick Summary
- • Create a guild: need level 10,000 + 1 Guild Key (consumed — disbanding does NOT refund it)
- • Join: talk to the same Punch Island NPC — public guilds are instant, private need approval
- • Guild upgrades give shared bonuses to ALL members: Damage, HP, Luck, Crit, member capacity
- • Guild Points earned from active playtime and defeating NPCs/bosses
- • Some competitive guilds gate membership at Level 20,000
- • No reason to play Sea 2 without joining a guild — it is free stats

Guild Points
Guild Points are earned by all members and contribute to the shared guild total. Confirmed point sources:
- NPC kills
- Sea Beasts
- World Bosses
- Questlines
Sea Beasts are the recommended farming method — they also drop Bloodline Stones and Guild Keys simultaneously, making them the most efficient multi-purpose farm in Sea 2. Exact point values per activity are not yet published.
Guild Leaderboard
Guild Points determine your guild's standing, and the game has shipped guild leaderboard auras as rewards (four were added in the Huge Update per the wiki changelog). The wiki still describes the global guild leaderboard itself as "soon to be added."
Upgrade Priority Strategy
Recommended upgrade order:
- 1Luck — Synergizes with Eminence Clan + Radiant Rune — multiplies drop value across all farming
- 2Damage % — Flat bonus that applies to all content — immediate power increase
- 3HP % — Improves survivability for World Boss and Sea Beast fights
- 4Member Capacity — Expand after filling your current member slots to grow the guild
- 5Crit Damage / Crit Chance — Lowest priority — smaller marginal gain vs. other upgrades

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get a Guild Key in Sailor Piece?
Per the wiki, the Guild Key is an extremely rare drop. Documented sources: the Cosmic Being boss on Punch Island, high-level Strong Bandit enemies on Bizarre Island, occasional Secret Chests (from codes and AFK rewards), and player trading — Guild Keys are tradeable. Exact drop percentages are not published; players typically run luck builds (Eminence or Devil clan) while farming.
What level do I need to create a guild?
You must reach level 10,000 and have at least 1 Guild Key in your inventory before you can create a guild. Travel to the Guild Master NPC on Punch Island in Sea 2 to initiate creation.
What is the maximum guild member count?
New guilds start with a small cap and spend Guild Points on the Member Capacity upgrade to expand it. Community records put the fully-upgraded cap at 150 members, though the wiki does not publish exact upgrade numbers.
What do Guild Points do?
Guild Points fund all guild upgrades (Damage %, HP %, Luck, Crit, and Member Capacity) and determine your position on the guild leaderboard. Higher point totals unlock better upgrades and improve your leaderboard ranking.
Can I be in multiple guilds at the same time?
No. You can only be a member of one guild at a time. You must leave your current guild before joining or creating another.
Where is the Guild Master NPC?
The Guild Master NPC is located on Punch Island in Sea 2. You must have Sea 2 unlocked to access it.
Do guild bonuses stack with bloodline and traits?
Yes. Guild upgrade bonuses (Damage %, HP %, Luck %) stack multiplicatively with bloodline stats, traits, and rune bonuses. Maxing guild upgrades alongside a strong bloodline like Primordial compounds your overall stat sheet significantly.
How often does the guild leaderboard reset?
No reset schedule is documented — the wiki still lists the global guild leaderboard as "soon to be added" as of July 2026, even though guild leaderboard auras already exist as rewards. Check the official Shadowrise Devs Discord for leaderboard announcements.
