Roblox Weekly Roundup (April 27 – May 3): Easter Closes, Venom Rework Incoming & Fisch Gets Companions

Welcome back to the BloxGuidesGG weekly roundup — your one-stop catch-up for everything that happened across Roblox this week. Easter has officially closed across most major games, the Creator Showdown wrapped in Las Vegas, and two big updates landed right as the week started. Here's everything you need to know going into May.

Easter 2026: The Wrap-Up

The Easter event season is over. After four weeks of Grow a Garden Easter parts, Blox Fruits egg hunts, BedWars hidden egg searches, and Adopt Me Sugarfest rewards, everything wrapped by April 25. Here's where things stand:

Grow a Garden ran the most elaborate Easter event the game has ever done — four separate content drops, a dedicated Easter Garden plot, two new pets (Orchid Mantis and Elder Candy Blossom), Choc Coins as event currency, and a Season 4 Pass that expires May 9. If you haven't finished your Season 4 Pass, you have under two weeks. The Easter items (Springtide Egg, Candy Blossom mutations) are settling into post-event values. Early signs suggest the Easter Garden plot items will hold moderate value — they weren't farmable at scale. For full post-event value analysis, see our GaG Easter 2026 wrap-up.

Blox Fruits Easter wrapped its egg hunt and Codex reward chain. If you completed the Indra Egg boss encounters, those drops are done for the season. The April balance patch that landed with Easter — Oni base damage +5%, Dark moveset overhaul, Buddha hitbox reduction — those changes are permanent. The temporary event content is gone; the balance changes stay.

Adopt Me closed out Sugarfest this week. The Guinea Pig, Latte Kitsune, and Jiggly Jerboa are no longer obtainable through event play. If you missed them, trading is the only path now. The Purrowl and Birthday Magic pets from the April 17 update are still available through the shop.

BedWars Easter ran its 18-egg hunt through April. Event is closed; check your collection if you were tracking eggs before the end.

Fisch Companions Update — The Week's Biggest Launch

The Fisch Companions update dropped on April 25 and immediately became the most talked-about Fisch content in months. The Companion Satchel (unlocked at Level 30) lets you equip one companion at a time — these are collectible pets that level up passively while you fish and grant unique abilities at each level milestone.

There are 10 companions to find, each with a different unlock method: some require specific biome visits, some are locked behind time-of-day windows, some need specific bait types, and at least one requires completing an NPC quest chain. The Tropical Toucan (GPS coordinates in Lost Jungle), Gary Gator (Marsh at sunrise), and Penguin Pal (hidden Snowburrow cave) have been the most-discussed early unlocks.

Two companions are still being fully documented by the community as of this writing. Check the Fisch Fandom wiki for real-time updates on Companions 9 and 10.

Steal a Brainrot Update 48

Update 48 for Steal a Brainrot arrived April 25 alongside the Fisch Companions launch. This came just one week after the Cyber Mutation update (Update 47, April 18), which introduced the 11x Cyber mutation and the Cyber Craft Machine.

Specific confirmed content for Update 48 is still being documented by the community at press time — the SAB team tends to announce on short notice and let players discover the details in-game. Given the rapid weekly update cadence, expect new brainrots, possibly a new mutation teaser, or an event-adjacent drop. We'll update this once community documentation catches up. For current Steal a Brainrot coverage, see the SAB Hub.

Roblox Creator Showdown Recap

The Roblox Creator Showdown — Roblox's second official creator tournament — wrapped its Las Vegas event over April 24–26. Eight creators competed in a team format with a $50,000 prize pool, with Knockout! as the featured game.

The tournament was a significant marketing moment for both Roblox as a platform and Knockout as a game. Knockout saw a notable concurrent player surge during the broadcast. If you watched and earned in-game Creds or exclusive cosmetics through the Roblox app, check your account — those rewards were distributed during the live event window. If you missed the stream, we covered the full reward structure and how to claim: Roblox Creator Showdown 2026 Guide.

Adopt Me: Birthday Magic & Sean's UFO

Adopt Me had a busy end of April. The Birthday Magic update (April 17) added new pet animations and the Legendary Purrowl. The Sean's UFO update (April 24) brought a shop refresh with limited-time items. Both are live through the current weekly cycle.

The Purrowl is the most tradeable new pet from this stretch — it's a Legendary with decent demand among Adopt Me traders. If you've been farming Birthday Magic content, hold the Purrowl rather than trading it at floor value. Post-event Legendary pets typically gain 15–25% in trade value once unobtainable.

Royale High Flowering: Final Days

The Flowering 2026 seasonal event runs through the end of April, which means you have days left to go for the Frolicking Fields Halo. With a 0.1%–0.29% drop chance per correct wish and a 2-hour cooldown, every remaining wish counts. Get the confirmed fountain answers here: All Frolicking Fields Halo Answers.

Other Flowering 2026 content still live: the Breezy Meadow cosmetic set, Castle Backyard realm, and Frolicking Fields halo competition. The Everfriend Halo (Eternity's Aim storyline) has a separate answer set — covered in our Everfriend Halo guide.

New level-up reward: Roblox now awards 1,900 Diamonds per level in Royale High (up from 1,800). The change is live already — the existing Flowering season is benefiting from the higher rate.

What's Coming Next Week (May 2026)

Blox Fruits Update 30 is the headline for the coming weeks. The update includes the Venom rework, Dark fruit rework, Quake rework, two new fruits (Celestial and Oni), 4th Sea content, and major system reworks. No official release date yet — developer estimate is late May to June 2026. Follow our Venom Rework preview guide for the latest confirmed details and what the leaks are suggesting.

Royale High post-Flowering — with the Flowering season ending, expect a Summer transition event to be announced or launch next week. Royale High seasonal events follow a consistent rhythm and Summer usually brings a beach/tropical theme with its own halo competition.

Grow a Garden Season 4 Pass deadline is May 9. If you've been working through it, finish what you can before then.

Sol's RNG players: the Singularity Biome added in Eon 1.20 is now about two weeks old. The meta is settled — if you haven't started stockpiling Comets for Catalyst crafting, now is the time to start. Full breakdown: Sol's RNG Singularity Update Guide.
