Sailor Piece Huge Update Guide: Sun God Sword, Dual Wielder, Spirit Warrior & Raids (May 10, 2026)
Sailor Piece's Huge Update is live as of today, May 10, 2026. This isn't a balance patch — it's a full expansion. Two new islands, a brand-new Raids game mode, three weapons pulled from Demon Slayer, Sword Art Online, and Dragon Ball, a 20,000 level cap, and the Index system. If you've been sitting at the Sea 2 endgame waiting for more content, the wait is over.
New Islands: Blue Planet Island & Slayer Island
The Huge Update adds two new Sea 2 islands. Both require the same baseline:
- Ascension 5 or higher
- Level 12,500 or higher
- Complete two specific in-game quests
If you already meet the Sea 2 requirements, you can access both islands immediately after completing the unlock quests. If you're still working toward Sea 2 (Level 12,500+, Ascension V+, 2 Ancient Fragments, 7 Map Fragments), those prerequisites remain unchanged.
| Island | Key Content |
|---|---|
| Blue Planet Island | Raids portal, Spirit Warrior NPC, Dual Wielder drop source, Index NPC (Sea 1 equivalent) |
| Slayer Island | Sun God World Boss, Sun God sword crafting, Index NPC (Sea 2 version) |
Sun God Sword (Yoriichi — Demon Slayer)
The Sun God is Yoriichi's sword from Demon Slayer — a crafted late-game weapon. This is not a drop. You build it from materials farmed from the Sun God World Boss on Slayer Island.
Crafting Requirements
| Material | Source |
|---|---|
| Sun Dancer title | Slayer Island questline reward |
| Sun Essence | Sun God World Boss drops |
| Solar Shards | Sun God World Boss drops |
| Flame Pulse | Sun God World Boss drops |
| Divine Remnants | Sun God World Boss drops |
The Sun God World Boss has 1.5 trillion HP. This is a raid-tier boss. Solo attempts are possible with an optimized endgame build, but grouping makes the process significantly faster per material drop.
Get the Sun Dancer title first: It's a questline reward, not a drop, meaning it's guaranteed once you complete the Slayer Island quests. Do this before farming the boss — you need it to craft, and it's wasted time to farm materials before you have it.
⚠️ Partially Confirmed: Specific Sun God sword move names and exact damage values are still being benchmarked by the community post-launch. Numbers will be on the Sailor Piece wiki within hours.
Dual Wielder Sword (Kirito — SAO)
The Dual Wielder is Kirito's two-sword style from Sword Art Online — the Elucidator and Dark Repulser combined. It is the only weapon in the game obtained exclusively through Raids.
How to Get the Dual Wielder
- Travel to Blue Planet Island (Ascension 5+, Level 12,500+, 2 quests)
- Farm Raid Keys from fist-using enemies in Sea 2. Only enemies that fight with fists — not swords — drop Raid Keys. This farming happens in your existing Sea 2 zones.
- Enter the Raid portal on Blue Planet Island using a Raid Key
- Complete the Raid — Dual Wielder is a drop from the Raid boss
The Dual Wielder has no crafting path and no alternative source. Raids are the only way in. Build up Raid Key stocks before heading to Blue Planet Island so you can run multiple attempts per session.
Spirit Warrior Melee (Goku — Dragon Ball)
The Spirit Warrior is Goku's fighting style from Dragon Ball — and it's the most accessible of the three new weapons because it requires no RNG. You quest for it and it's yours.
How to Get Spirit Warrior
- Travel to Blue Planet Island
- Locate the Spirit Warrior NPC on the island
- Complete the Spirit Warrior questline — the melee is your reward
Spirit Warrior occupies your melee slot, not your sword slot. You can use it simultaneously with a sword — equip it alongside your existing Sea 2 sword loadout.
⚠️ Partially Confirmed: Specific Spirit Warrior quest steps are still being documented. Multiple sources confirm the questline structure; exact objectives will be on community wikis within hours of launch.
Raids: How to Access and What to Expect
Raids are Sailor Piece's first multiplayer combat mode — a structured boss encounter with exclusive weapon drops.
Access Requirements
- Location: Blue Planet Island
- Entry item: Raid Key (1 per attempt; drops from fist-using Sea 2 enemies)
- Each player needs their own key
What Raids Drop
- Dual Wielder sword — the primary exclusive reward
- Relics and Artifacts (community still documenting full loot table)
Raids scale with your gear. Mid-Sea 2 players should optimize their build before attempting. Endgame Sea 2 players can run immediately.
⚠️ Partially Confirmed: Full Raid boss mechanics, HP values, and complete loot table are still being mapped by the community. Full data expected within 24–48 hours of launch.
Index System
The Index is a new achievement and collection tracker — log your items, Races, and milestones in one place. Completing Index sets unlocks milestone rewards.
Locations:
- Starter Island — Sea 1 (accessible early-game)
- Slayer Island — Sea 2 (endgame version)
If you've played Sailor Piece for a while, opening the Index may trigger milestone rewards immediately based on your existing account data. Check it on both islands.
New Races, Bloodlines & Clan
| Addition | Details |
|---|---|
| 2 new Mythical Races | Both can evolve into Secret Races |
| 2 extra Race Storage slots | Added specifically for the new Mythical Races |
| New Bloodlines | Names and stats still being documented |
| New Clan | Details still being cataloged |
Wait for the community to document Bloodline and Clan stats before spending spins. Don't burn your spin inventory on day one before numbers are confirmed.
Level Cap Raised to 20,000
The previous cap was 12,500. The Huge Update raises it to 20,000.
The path to 20k runs through the new islands — Blue Planet Island and Slayer Island host enemies and bosses tuned for post-12,500 players. Reaching 20,000 will require sustained grinding in these new zones alongside Raids and World Boss cycles.
Balance Changes & QoL
| Change | Details |
|---|---|
| World Boss spawn time | 30 min → 20 min — more farming windows per session |
| Dragon Goddess pity | Hidden pity system added — exact floor value not officially confirmed |
| Rune pity | Requirements lowered — rune farming is less grindy |
| Item drop chances | Broadly buffed — specific items still being documented |
| Sailor Island | Visual revamp — no mechanical changes |
What to Prioritize First
For Sea 2 endgame players, work through this in order:
- Complete the Blue Planet Island and Slayer Island unlock quests — nothing in the update is accessible without these
- Spirit Warrior questline on Blue Planet Island — guaranteed reward, no RNG, get it immediately
- Farm Raid Keys from fist-using Sea 2 enemies during normal sessions
- Complete the Slayer Island quest to get the Sun Dancer title — required for Sun God crafting
- Farm the Sun God World Boss on Slayer Island for crafting materials (group up — 1.5T HP)
- Run Raids with accumulated Raid Keys to pursue the Dual Wielder
For mid-game players still working toward Sea 2: push to Level 12,500 and Ascension V. Everything in this update waits for you there.
FAQ
Do I need Sea 2 to access any new content?
Yes. Both new islands require Sea 2 access at Ascension 5+ and Level 12,500+, plus two in-game quests. None of the new weapons are accessible without meeting those prerequisites.
Is the Dual Wielder a guaranteed drop from Raids?
The Dual Wielder is the primary reward of the Raids mode. Whether it's guaranteed per run or has a drop rate hasn't been officially confirmed. Treat it as a farming goal rather than a one-run guarantee.
How do I get Raid Keys?
Raid Keys drop from fist-using enemies in Sea 2 — enemies that attack with fists rather than swords. You don't need to be on the new islands. Farm them during your regular Sea 2 sessions by prioritizing fist-type NPCs.
Can I solo the Sun God World Boss?
The Sun God World Boss has 1.5 trillion HP. Endgame accounts with optimized builds can solo it, but it will be a long fight. Grouping is significantly faster per kill and per material drop rate.
Is Spirit Warrior a melee or a sword?
Spirit Warrior is a melee style — it occupies your melee slot, not your sword slot. You can equip it alongside a sword simultaneously.
What's the new level cap?
The level cap is now 20,000, raised from 12,500. Both new islands have content tuned for this progression arc.
Should I roll for new Bloodlines and Clan on day one?
Wait until the community documents specific stat values. Burning spins before numbers are verified is a risk. Check the Sailor Piece wiki or Discord for confirmed stats within 24–48 hours of launch.
Does the Race Storage expansion change my existing Races?
The two new Race Storage slots are specifically for the two new Mythical Races. Your existing stored Races are unaffected.
