Grow a Garden Pet Pairings
Pets in Grow a Garden don't multiply crop value directly — they apply specific crop mutations, and the mutation is what multiplies value. Gold Finch enables Goldsparkle (500×), Disco Bee enables Disco (125×), Phoenix enables Flaming (25×). Pick the mutation you want in your stack first, then chase the pet that applies it.
Bidirectional lookup. Search for a pet to see which mutations it enables, or search for a mutation to see which pets unlock it. Every pairing is derived from the obtainment field on each mutation, cross-validated against our live pet roster.

Frequently asked
Do pets multiply crop value directly?
No. Pets apply or enable specific crop mutations — and the mutation is what multiplies value. A Bee pet applies Pollinated (3×); a Disco Bee applies Disco (125×). The boost shows up through the mutation, not as a second multiplier.
What is the single highest-impact pet?
Gold Finch enables Goldsparkle (500×), the highest non-fused single-mutation multiplier in the game. Disco Bee (Disco, 125×) is the most realistic high-tier target for most players. For mid-game, Phoenix (Flaming, 25×) and Polar Bear (Frozen via Wet+Chilled fuse, 10×) are far more attainable.
Which pets stack well together?
Pets that apply complementary mutations stack well. Bee (Pollinated) + Polar Bear (Chilled, with rain → Frozen) + Phoenix (Flaming) gives you four mutation slots filled from three pets, leaving slot 1 for a Variant. Avoid pet pairs that compete for the same slot — only one of any given mutation can be on a crop at a time.
Why are some pets I have not in this list?
This page only lists pets that apply crop mutations. Many pets in Grow a Garden have other roles — passive boosts to grow time, hatching speed, currency drops, or special interactions like the Mutation Machine. Browse the full pet database for those.
