Roblox Weekly Roundup (April 4–10): Easter Took Over Everything

Six of Roblox's biggest games dropped Easter events within 48 hours of each other. New mutations, egg hunts, limited pets, flash codes, and a brand-new weapon — here's everything that happened this week and what you need to do before events expire.

Fisch — Easter 2026 Update Is Massive

This is the biggest Fisch update we haven't covered yet, and it deserves the spotlight.

Fisch dropped its Easter 2026 update on April 4, and it's stacked. The headliner is a limited Easter Bestiary — a seasonal collection of Easter-exclusive fish that won't be available after the event ends. If you're a completionist, this is your week.

The update also introduced the Olympian Storm, a brand new Stormy Weather type that shakes up fishing conditions. New rods, mutations, and boats round out the content — there's genuinely something for every type of Fisch player.

RIVALS — Freeze Ray Changes the Meta

RIVALS had a quietly huge week. The new content drop is real, and the April Fools event was one of the most memorable in Roblox this year.

Freeze Ray (New Standard Utility)

The Freeze Ray is a new utility weapon that freezes multiple enemies simultaneously. It's already shifting the team-play meta — locking down a group while teammates clean up is a powerful combo. Complete Freeze Ray contracts to unlock Cool & Crossed wraps, and the Temporal Ray skin can be unboxed from Skin Cases.

Arena Map Overhauled

The iconic Arena map was reworked to support way more duelists and is now restricted to 3v3 and larger matches. This is a deliberate push toward team play, and community reception has been positive.

New Customization Options

Three new settings give players more control: Damage Numbers toggle, crosshair bar and dot shapes, and toggles to disable scroll equip and double-tap-to-shoot.

April Fools Recap (April 1 Only)

For one day, RIVALS went completely unhinged: autoshoot, aimbot, and xray active on all devices. Player health was randomized when hit. Ammo counters were hidden. Everything reverted on April 2. Players loved the chaos.

Grow a Garden — Easter Event Quick Hits

We published a full Easter event guide earlier this week, but here's what you need to know if you're just catching up:

• Easter Garden — first-ever exclusive event plot for Easter seeds only. Pets aren't allowed in.
• Plasma mutation (5x) — the meta-shaker. Get it via the rare Marshmallow Lamb pet (1% rate) or during Lazer Storm weather.
• Choc mutation (2x) — applied during Chocolate Rain weather. Sell Choc-mutated crops to the Bunny NPC for Choc Coins.
• Egg Hunt — every 15 minutes, find 10 hidden eggs for random Easter rewards.
• Season 4 Pass — 50 levels of rewards via daily quests.
• Active codes: RDCAward (RDC Award cosmetic), BEANORLEAVE10 (Green Bean Chamber cosmetic)
• Event ends April 11.

Blox Fruits — Easter Egg Hunt Across Three Seas

Our full egg location guide has the details, but the summary: 24 eggs are hidden across the First, Second, and Third Seas. Find them for Beli, Easter currency, and legendary Easter gifts.

Code EASTEREXP is active for bonus XP. Use it before it disappears.

Community note: Third Sea eggs are harder to reach for lower-level players. YouTube and Reddit are actively mapping all 24 locations.

What to watch: Update 30 is still the next major milestone — expected first half of 2026. Fourth Sea speculation continues.

Steal a Brainrot — Easter Part 2 Keeps Delivering

• 8 new Brainrots from the Egg Lucky Block: Bunny Tralala, Eggdin Egg, Egg Dun, Easter Easter Easter Sahur, Los Bunitos, Baskito, Churrito Bunnito, and Hydra Bunny
• Trait Incubator — store Brainrots pre-hatch to gain active event traits
• Egg City — Mini Egg trait with 4 variants and different multipliers
• Fuse Machine — combine Bunny + Eggy for a new OP Brainrot

Sol's RNG — Blink and You'll Miss It

Sol's RNG ran its Easter event around the EGGISEGGIS activation, and four codes dropped on April 5 granting potions, oppression, luck, and illusionary rewards.

The catch? All four codes expired within 24 hours. As of April 6, zero active Sol's RNG codes exist. This is par for the course — Sol's RNG has the fastest code expiry cycle in Roblox.

Pro tip: The only way to catch Sol's RNG codes is to monitor the official Discord with notifications on. There's no grace period.

Up-and-Coming Spotlight

Anime Vanguards — Update 11.5 landed April 1–3 with bug fixes and stability improvements. Three codes are active: 150KYT, LATECUSTOMLEVEL, and MOONLESS for Gems, Trait Rerolls, and Memoria Shards (requires Level 30).

Type Soul — The original developer is back after a year-long sabbatical, with Hellverse content and Deepwoken-style permadeath on the roadmap. No concrete update date yet, but the comeback is real.

Anime Overload — 5 active April 2026 codes for Crystals, Trait Rerolls, and Bloodied Chains.

Roblox Platform Updates

Some notable platform-level changes this week:

• Animation Graph System entered beta — a new developer tool for complex animation blending
• Avatar Makeup launched on the Marketplace
• Robux as a subscription payment option is now live
• New games now default to a ragdoll death animation instead of the classic reset (as of April 4)
• Connections is being renamed back to Friends (rolling out April 7)
• Roblox Terms of Use will update on April 30 for new safety and engagement features
