Egg Hunt Event — Islands, Double Jumps & Hidden Eggs

The Egg Hunt is the headline event of Update 45 and introduces a completely new exploration-based mechanic. The premise is straightforward: you purchase double jumps and use them to reach a series of new floating islands scattered across the sky. Hidden on each island are eggs, and cracking those eggs can reward you with Brainrots of varying rarity.

How the Egg Hunt Works

  • Buy double jumps from the event area to gain extra vertical mobility.
  • Use your jumps to discover and reach new islands that have been added specifically for this event.
  • Each island contains hidden eggs that you need to find and interact with.
  • The higher the island, the rarer the Brainrots you can obtain from its eggs.
  • The top-tier destination is the Divine Island, which sits at the highest point in the Egg Hunt.

Divine Island & the Mutation Machine

The Divine Island is the crown jewel of the Egg Hunt event. It is the highest island you can reach, and it features a unique Mutation Machine. This machine spawns mutated Easter Brainrots — special variants that are exclusive to this event mechanic. Getting to Divine Island requires stacking your double jumps effectively and navigating the island chain below it. The mutated Brainrots from the Mutation Machine are expected to hold strong trade value given their limited availability.

The key strategy here is patience and route optimization. Do not waste your double jumps on low-level islands if your goal is to reach the Divine Island. Plan your path upward and save your mobility for the upper tiers where the rarest rewards live.

Egg City Event — House Hunting Across the Map

The second major event in Update 45 is Egg City, and if you played during the Halloween event, this will feel immediately familiar. Egg City works on the same principle as the Trick or Treat mechanic — houses spawn randomly across the map, and your job is to hunt them down and interact with them before they disappear or someone else grabs them first.

How Egg City Works

  • Random houses spawn across the map at intervals during the event.
  • Run to a house and interact with it to receive rewards.
  • Rewards include Mini Egg Traits (more on those below) and other event items.
  • Houses despawn after a short time, so speed and awareness matter.
  • Server-hopping can help you find more houses if your current server has been picked clean.

The Egg City event is particularly important because it is the primary source for the Mini Egg Trait, which has four variants with different multipliers. If you want to collect all four, you will need to spend significant time in Egg City. The event rewards complement the Egg Hunt nicely — grind islands for rare Brainrots and houses for traits.

All 8 New Egg Lucky Block Brainrots

Update 45 introduces the Egg Lucky Block, a new seasonal Lucky Block containing eight exclusive Brainrots. These are only available through the Egg Lucky Block during the Easter Part 2 event, making them time-limited pulls. Here is the full list:

#Brainrot Name
1Bunny Tralala
2Eggdin Egg Egg Dun
3Easter Easter Easter Sahur
4Los Bunitos
5Baskito
6Churrito Bunnito
7Hopilikalika Hopilikalako
8Hydra Bunny

All eight Brainrots follow the Easter theme with bunny and egg-inspired designs. Early indications suggest that Hydra Bunny and Hopilikalika Hopilikalako are among the rarer pulls from the Egg Lucky Block, but exact drop rates have not been officially confirmed yet. Keep an eye on our Steal a Brainrot Tier List for updated rankings as the community gathers more data on these new additions.

Bunny and Eggy — Easter Part 2 Duo Brainrot

Bunny and Eggy is the only known Duo Brainrot introduced in Easter Part 2. Unlike the eight Egg Lucky Block Brainrots listed above, Bunny and Eggy is obtained through Divine Fuse, making it one of the more exclusive additions in this update.

What is Divine Fuse?

For those unfamiliar, Divine Fuse is an advanced crafting mechanic in Steal a Brainrot where you combine specific Brainrots to create a higher-tier result. Bunny and Eggy is the Divine Fuse output for Easter Part 2. The exact Brainrot inputs required for this particular Divine Fuse have not been fully documented at the time of writing — check back on our Steal a Brainrot hub page as the community confirms the recipe.

As a Duo Brainrot, Bunny and Eggy features two characters in a single unit, which tends to carry a premium in trading. If you are looking to trade for or trade away a Duo Brainrot, make sure to check current market values before committing.

New Trait Incubator Feature

Update 45 introduces the Trait Incubator, a brand-new feature for managing and interacting with traits on your Brainrots. While the full scope of the Trait Incubator is still being explored by the community, it represents a new layer of progression and customization for your collection.

The Trait Incubator appears to work alongside existing trait mechanics, giving players more control over how traits are applied and developed on their Brainrots. This is a permanent feature addition, not a limited-time event mechanic, so you will have time to learn the system even after the Easter event ends.

We will update our Beginner Guide with a full Trait Incubator breakdown once all mechanics are confirmed.

Mini Egg Trait — Variants & Multipliers

The Mini Egg Trait is a new collectible trait introduced alongside the Egg City event. It comes in four distinct variants, each providing a different multiplier effect. These traits are primarily obtained by hunting houses in the Egg City event.

Mini Egg Trait Variants

There are four Mini Egg Trait variants in total. Each variant has its own multiplier value, making some more desirable than others for both gameplay and trading purposes. The exact multiplier values for each variant are still being documented by the community — we will add the specific numbers to this section once they are confirmed.

If you are a completionist aiming to collect all four variants, plan to spend a good amount of time in Egg City. The random spawn nature of the houses means you may need to server-hop and grind to get the specific variant you are missing.

2 New Easter Base Skins

Update 45 adds two new Easter-themed Base skins to the game, giving your base a festive look for the season. The two skins have different unlock requirements:

  • Easter Index Skin — Unlocked by having specific Easter Brainrots registered in your Index. This rewards players who have been actively collecting during the Easter events.
  • Robux Easter Skin — Available for purchase with Robux. This is the premium option for players who want the skin without grinding the event.

Base skins are cosmetic and do not affect gameplay, but they are a popular collectible element in Steal a Brainrot. The Index-based skin in particular incentivizes filling out your Easter collection, so if you have been on the fence about grinding the Egg Lucky Block or Egg Hunt, this is another reason to commit.

Upcoming Dates — Next OG & Taco Tuesday

Beyond the Easter Part 2 content, there are two important dates to mark on your calendar:

EventDateDetails
Next Taco TuesdayApril 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM ESTThe recurring Taco Tuesday event returns this coming Tuesday
Next OG BrainrotExpected April 18, 2026OG Brainrots release on a roughly every-two-month cycle

Taco Tuesday is a regular weekly event that often brings limited-time rewards and community activity spikes. The next OG Brainrot drop on April 18 is a major milestone — OG releases always shake up the value list and create significant trading activity. Make sure you are prepared with resources and storage space.
